My husband and I came to the Verizon to look at new phones. We were very pleased and thankful for the great service from Tyler. He was most helpful and answered all our questions. He set up and confirmed our appointment and was ready for us to take delivery when we were scheduled. His patience and knowledge have been a great blessing prior to the sale and during the set up and delivery of our phones. Honestly i want share my experience with verizon i was here to transfer my mobile lines i was bit confused bcz their are alot of hidden stuff in network companies but the guys her TYLER AND DRUPAD were soo good so kind they made me understand each and everything so patiently i asked them 100s of questions these guys are soo good . I highly recommend doing any phone transactions at this kiosk. Both Joshua and Paul were not only very knowledgeable but they were so helpful and very friendly. We showed up less than an hour before close and were greeted immediately. They were very patient while we waited endlessly for our previous service provider to assist us with resetting our pass-code. By the time we were done it was after the mall had closed and they were still offering us cases and explaining the service agreement with smiles instead of rushing us out the door.I was upset upon arrival because I was told a different quote over the phone but, by the end of the evening, they had won us over with excellent customer service and I was able to view the beginning as an honest mistake.I am happy we went to this location and Jazzy and Jason were extremely helpful!

Just purchased Verizon phones for 3 family members at Christiana Mall. Ray Geoff and Seth Jock were fantastic. They made my experience easy since I was with another carrier for the last 6 years and was nervous about switching. Please if youre shopping around for a new phone or carrier go visit them. Great service, very helpful staff

If I could give less then one star I would, they didnt know the verizon deals and count offer what website said on top of that they ported my number from T mobile already. I ended up with no service with any mobile 6/21/2019. Didnt help me fix the problem either.

Helpful and friendly service with Kevin

Jazzy did everything in her power & more to help me recover stuff from my old phone. She stayed over her shift to help me because she didn’t want me to leave until I was satisfied. She was on a shift alone & had customers left & right, however, never ignored me. She spent a long time with each customer to ensure she gave them & me what we needed. Due to my prolonged visit, she offered a stool to sit on during the wait. She was very friendly in a situation where anyone would have just flipped out. Strongly recommend seeing her for help. Her smile never left her face & she was very professional throughout my visit. Jazzy was very easy to communicate with & compliments customers! Great team player!

Seth gave excellent service. He made everything very comfortable and easy to understand. He was very personal. I would definitely recommend coming to the Christiana location and visiting him if u are looking for a new phone or device.

On Wednesday, I stopped by the kiosk to look at upgrading my phone. Jason was very helpful in helping me. He set everything up, made sure everything was working, put on the protective cover and case. I had a Verizon gift card and he worked with Verizon to add it to my account. The protective cover, Jason said that the couple of bubbles still underneath the cover should disappear after a while. Today, I stopped by and Jason replaced the cover and answered a couple other questions that I had. He has been very helpful and very friendly.

My experience was outstanding. I received amazing customer service here from all the employees especially Raheel. They really know all the different ways to help you out. I will definitely recommend coming to this location before any other location in the area. :)

Went for a phone, got conned into buying a tablet for $200 on an installment plan that I was told was new, only to find the sticker on the side of the box stating refurbished when I got home. About 3 weeks later, I found out the tablet was not $200, but $350. Will definitely not be revisiting this kiosk, but will find a corporate retail store instead.

I had the pleasure of working with Sayam Y. again today. Both times he was very attentive and assisted me with anything that I needed and answered any questions that I had. Top notch customer service!

They thought I was trading in my phone and took my phone and sold it! I was soo pissed off. Just to realise that they werent a Verizon Retail store. I do not recomend going here! It was horrible

These guys are not officially Verizon certified and a private agents who deal/contract with Verizon.i bought a device from them and when I try to return or exchange, they are not comfortable and they didn’t with silly stupid logics (as they are independent agent and not “Verizon”)-I Can say this place is a warranty or garranty less road side shop).i hope Verizon stop dealing with brokers like them.
