They where unable to find the part I needed to fix my all in one computer, but have agreed to continue to work with me until it is available, and did not charge me a thing for the tear down, which is a huge break for me. Long story short I needed access to my iphone to get the screen fixed under warranty. I came here for help and they temporarily installed a new screen so I could turn off find my iphone (which apple required) and reinstalled my old so that no warranty issues would occur. However apple still wanted to send my phone out so I returned expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a new screen and was more than happy with the price especially since the rep took off the small charge for the previous work. Ive been dealing with a million stores in the last 3 days trying to figure something reasonable out and without a doubt had the best customer service in this store. I can not recommend them enough and will gladly go back to them even over manufacture warranty.

The staff was kind and my phone looks great. They were very patient with me when I cancelled my order after my phone seemed to be working again. I had to call back because, of course, it had stopped working again the next day. They reassured me it happens often enough that I didnt need to feel bad, haha. Thanks, guys!

This team is recommended! My mothers ipad screen was shattered. I reviewed all the google comments and found this place to be reputable. I called on Monday an she was able to drop it off on the same day. He was honest in his time frame & stated it would be ready on Wednesday. Their word was kept as Phil called Wednesday afternoon stating it was ready. The cost was low as it was only $160 and the check out process went smooth. It works like new again and Phil told her if anything should be off a couple months down the road to come back. He treated my 68 yr young mother with great respect. They have my respect. (To add, all this was the same week as Thanksgiving holiday!)

Person at the register was very friendly and informative. I wasnt willing to pay the price for my S20s problem (which was very minor and its okay because this phone is still very new) but still would recommend their business to people looking to get their phones fixed.

Best place you can take your phone for repairs hands down. I had them order a charge port for my iPhone X and scheduled them to replace it. They could’ve easily just taken the hundred and something dollars and replaced the part but they took the time to try cleaning it first and got it working for no charge. Been here in the past as well and got a screen replaced with no issues either. Very good customer service and they are genius’s when it comes to taking apart and putting electronics back together. Much cheaper than buying a new phone, 10/10 recommend

I shattered my xs max screen and they ordered the part which took from Monday evening to Thursday morning. I dropped it off around noon and got the call it was done at 1:30 the same day! Great pricing compared to Apple store/Best Buy and perfect repair! I will not recommend anyone else!

Back was cracked on a Galaxy S8. Went to Best Buy, where we purchased the phone, and we were told it would be over a week before we could MAYBE get it fixed. Went to Screenshot, they ordered the part, and had it fixed two days later when I went back. Took about an hour in total, and 1/4 of the price for Best Buy. Will come back for any repair needs.

So far so good, the employees there were very polite and explained everything very well. The battery they put in my Samsung S6 seems to be holding its charge a lot longer than the old battery that they took out. The way I look at it, they just saved me about $800 by not buying a new phone. Ill give it a few days though to see if the battery holds a good charge or not.

I cracked my iPad 5th generation 9.7 screen. I took it in around 10 am, they had it fixed by 5pm. The amount was $128 with tax and all. Not only were they fast and proficient, but very knowledgeable and personable when I dropped it off. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I went in to Screenshot just yesterday with a broken iPhone 6+. The screen had cracked in several places and some pieces had fallen off completely.This business was an absolute joy to work with. I went in yesterday and my phone was fixed within about half an hour. Great guys, super informative and great priced! It was a tad busy, and they put a glass screen protector on my phone and another persons for free for being so patient! Definitely recommend them. Someone has said they dont fix iPhone screens, this is FALSE. They fixed my iPhone 6S, the only screens they cant fix yet are iPhone 7s. But this store also fixes other devices such as tablets and computers!

Even though the manager told us that repairing my daughters phone would probably cost more than getting a new one, we opted for repair due to the data that was one the phone. How many other places are going to be that honest and forthcoming? None that I know of. I truly appreciated their wonderful customer service and refreshing honesty!

I took my phone to Screenshot as the screen started flickering out on my LG G3. They quoted me $139.99 for a replacement screen and installation. I was told it would be done in 2 hours. 2 hours later they called me and said the screens they had wouldnt work and they would have to order a new one that would take 2 or 3 days. On the third day I get a call and I was told that the screen they got in wouldnt work and that the issue was motherboard damage and I could pick my phone up.They are not able or do not have the desire to work on phones from that aspect apparently.I immediately went on Amazon and found a used LG G3 in Excellent condition that cost me, with expedited shipping, less than the $139.99 I was quoted. Im not sure if I was just lucky or what. I have since received that new to me phone and cosmetically it was in better shape than my old one.Im going with the 4 stars only because they werent able to fix my problem and Im not 100% confident about their diagnostic skills. A little research online turned up a couple of other fixes that could have solved the problem but those werent mentioned to me as being tried. I am not very gifted when it comes to repairing electronics so I have not tried those fixes myself. It is possible they were correct. I got the impression, however, that they gave up.On the plus side, everyone I spoke to and interacted with were all super nice and have good customer service skills. I wouldnt hesitate trying to use them again if the need arises in the future.

I got my iPhone 7 repaired it had a minor crack in the corner of the screen. My phone was fixed with a new screen but the replacement screen used was not exactly the same as the original screen on my phone. It did functioned properly yes. But the color was dull and not as vibrant giving it a generic look. And there was also a very minor bump in the top of the screen by the camera. I will say I am very particular to detail and someone who is not may never notice the difference. The store was nice and it was great customer service.

This is my second time dealing with these kind folks, I got a screen replaced the first time and a battery replaced the second time. Both were done very quick and with extreme professionalism, also the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to do any kind of work without question!

My glass on my brand new phone was broken one place wanted to charge me almost $300 and no way I went to this place screenshot repair couldnt meet a nicer young fella you did everything you could for me the taped up my screen till I can get the glass ordered so I didnt cut myself and at least now I can use my cell phone without cutting my fingers and my opinion couldnt ask for better I talked to a lot of people its best Ive seen in a long time . He said it would be about an hour to repair & he would call me when finished. He called, I went to pick up the phone & he didnt charge me a thing.
