My salesmen was -the man the myth the legend- John Tripp, I have to say that this was one of my best experiences with customer service in a long time. Very personable, very informative, and was never pushy with his sales/optional items. Gave us plenty of options to choose from as well as keeping us engaged while we decided on which plan and phone(s) to purchase. A top notch salesmen and a genuine person. Thank you for all the help and thank you again for the experience it was worth the time and money spent. Give this man a raise because he had to jump through some hoops to get us all together.
I came in trying to get my bill down and the salesman was so friendly and helpful. He did all could and offered many suggestions but wasnt rude or pushy trying to get me to buy extra stuff or keep charges (I was expecting a fight!) I have always gone to this Verizon as they are always so amazing. Thank you so much!
Jeffrey charged us for a phone without permission and then locked my phone up and refused to give it back. lucky i have a back up phone. go to the kirkwood highway location if you dont want to be extorted!

Our Representative with Verizon Wireless was the BEST and by FAR anyone we have ever dealt with throughout our years with your Company. His name was Rob MUNKITTRICK. I LOVED his punctuality in meeting me on time at your store. He was extremely knowledgeable about your PRODUCTS. I loved how he explained EVERYTHING TO me with kindness and patience, as this world of technology is changing so fast....and, even when he encountered his own difficulties and challenges with things not fully going through, as he had PLANNED....he kept digging FURTHER, until he solved the problems with Corporate. I didn’t care how LONG it took....it meant MORE to me to buy the products my husband and I were seeking....with them working at their BEST....versus a person just rushing through with you to get a SALE. Having been in the GOLF Business for years...we’re very aware of top-notch customer service! Can’t thank Rob enough for his OUTSTANDING customer service that feels like a win/win! Signed up for service, 3lines. Was sceptical because sprint did not work at home. Was promised gift cards, paid full activation fees, and even got gift cards a month later. Verizon service is still bad at my house, switch to ATT, no problem, but Verizon charged me $450 for the gift cards?!. Ignored calls, sent collection notice instead. I had to pay, and I only used 80% of the gift cards value, Verizon wanted 100% back. This company is sick. Never again, also Fios is nice, but will get rid of ASAP. Verizon is a filthy word in my house from now on.
The staff lies and are not knowledgeable. I have a problem with my new phone and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Assured us that if we upgraded both phones our bill would be cheaper with the promotion they had going. Took a week to have met back removed from my account. Had to call in myself because when I called the number I was given I was told that it was the wrong department and I had to wait a long time AGAIN before I could get help. And of course when I was explaining what the guy at the Verizon store told me, the guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and no notes about anything that was discussed while we were at the Verizon store. Poor communication, giving wrong information or just flat out lied to and still no call back from anyone. Called to see how much to turn the phone back in and was told it cost me at least $70 for restocking fee, but the guy couldnt be sure about it unless I came in to the store again. What?!?!?!????....so confused. But Im going to stop right here because I could go on about my negative experience.

The whole staff is shady. I went to get a phone because the real Verizon stores are closed. I was told they had the phone I want in stock but it was opened. I was assured nothing was wrong with it. Got to the store & the phone had a small scratch. At first I was told this was the last phone in stock, but magically they had the same phone sealed. One of the staff members tried to up sell me a watch when my watch was perfectly fine. Now my screen protector is all jacked up and I get push back from the staff. Shady shady store. Will never shop there again.

I unfortunately have had to visit many Verizon stores with phone issues over several years, and its usually a very frustrating visit where you either have to take a number or deal with a young person with a know it all attitude and to say the least leaves a person feeling belittled and more times than i can count embarrassed and frustrated. However, after deciding to purchase a phone for my husband for Christmas, i decided to try a different Verizon store. First I called the store to make sure they were open and that I had the right location and a very courteous young man named Antonio answered, very professional and extremely kind.So we went, and I have to honestly say I have never had such an incredible experience as I had at the Chesnut Plaza Verizon store and i have been in customer service as a professional all my life.We were fortunate enough to have Antonio as our representative and we walked out of that store feeling fresh and knowledgeable and extremely well informed and thankful and taken care of.I must also add, that the entire staff including manager were so professional while at the same time, made our experience fun and comfortable. This Verizon has our business for our lifetime. Outstanding kudos to Antonio and the entire crew, we now feel like family!
Keith Riley was an excellent Sales Consultant. He was able to switch me from AT&T to Verizon Wireless with such ease. He was able to provide me with a new phone and a new line for $25 less a month than what I had currently with AT&T.I WOULD HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He was friendly and personal at the same time. He didnt pressure me into any decision. I couldnt have asked for a better experience at a Verizon store. In particular, Shannon Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the phone I upgraded to and made sure to transfer everything over from my old phone (contacts, pictures, etc.). This may sound like a simple task, but with my prior experiences at different Verizon stores somehow they didnt take the extra time to do that for me. If you want an easy, stress free experience, and want things done correctly I HIGHLY recommend going to see Shannon. No matter what, I always go to this specific location for all my cell phone needs.Everyone has always been very pleasant and friendly to talk with!I absolutely HATE sales associates; this store doesnt have Sales Associates trying to sell you the next exspensive product. They have everyday regular people there to help if needed, resolve problems if its there and Yes lol 😃 sell you a phone too if you want one.The point is, they are not rude, uptight sale people....Their everyday people like you and me!
I erase my last post since the Manager Glen said he would help me remove my hard inquire that was made without my PERMISSION. I have not received no call or email. Jeff lied to me to make a sale and did a hard inquire on me, when I CLEARLY TOLD HIM I DONT WANT A HARD PULL DONE. He didnt care, all he cared about was making the sale and not understand the customer and their needs. Please DONT go to this store. Not only did he did a pull, I had to pay $35 for a product I just bought the same day to return!!! Manager didnt care, well still doesnt. Its so sad how people are so selfish and think of themself for a sale.

Not to say its a bad store. But my experience was not good. The representative was very pushy. I felt like I was in a used car sales floor and was being forced into something I wasnt sure about.
THIS PLACE HAS OVERPRICED FEES! My iPhone 5 wouldnt take calls so I took my old iPhone 4s here to be hooked up to my number for a temporary solution. They charged me $40 for the activation! I was NOT TOLD it was going to be $40 until it was all said and done. The sales agent insisted that I agreed to the $40 fee, but I only said no I didnt want to upgrade and that yes I wanted to this phone as my replacement. I had no idea if there even would be a fee! The $40 fee is more than the phone is worth! I have taken phones to Verizon stores like TCC in the past and its been only $10 to hook up a phone and thats paying for the sim card. I called to express that I felt I had been overcharged and the sales agent wouldnt do anything. Very disappointed. Never coming back here. So it goes to show these retailers can charge different fees and to ask upfront because these people will ambush you with the overpriced fee at the end leaving you with no choice but to pay the bill. And when you do express your concern about the price, they will do absolutely nothing about it.

Shannon was extremely helpful. I had been to several other Verizon stores and also Samsung stores. He was the only o nine to help and finally solved the problem.
Proceed with caution!!! My wife keeps going to this place and getting bad expensive service. She has bought two phones that have broken. Her last one a Samsung Galaxy only lasted two months. When she took it in, she was told that it could be replaced in two days, and she opted for a new LG. She didnt realize that we would still have to pay the Samsung off. Also, Cellular Sales used my upgrade for her phone, that blocks me from a new iphone. On top of everything, they charged a $30 upgrade fee. Cellular Sales customer service received my complaint, and kicked it to upper management. They denied help with paying the Samsung off. Verizon customer service was of little help but did offer a $30 credit. Samsung offered to look at the phone and try to determine the problem after mailing it in.

Terrible service. I ordered a phone and it was a in store pick up. When I went to pick it up the guy Danny tells me that the phone was not delivered. I then called UPS again and they told me that the rep did receive the phone. Its ridiculous. They lie so much to make a sale. You go into the store and no one greets you, no one acknowledges you. If you dont want to work simply quit. Stop being so rude! Youre not fit for the job. I dont recommend anyone to go to this store. Go to Diamond wireless in BJs or the mall. They are much more professional!
Brutal experience with this place. Was sold a broken phone in the Newark, DE location. When I tried to exchange it they said I had to drive 30 miles to the Brookhaven, PA store to get a replacement. The associate I worked with could not have been less empathetic to my situation. Like it wasnt a big deal to send me on an hour long round-trip commute to pick up a phone. Upon arrival in Brookhaven, Cellular Sales then tried to charge me $40 in tax for the exchange of my broken phone. (I just purchased the phone in tax free Delaware one day prior.) I had to argue against it for multiple minutes, all the while feeling extremely unwelcomed in the store. I dont fully understand why anybody would work with Cellular Sales instead of a corporate run Verizon location. What is the advantage of using this company? If I just dealt with a corporate Verizon location there would have likely been zero issues.

Horrible. I was told I was going to have a buy one get on free through my sales man 2x. On my existing lines. I was miss lead by my sales man and now I am not being given what the salesman promised. I am now stuck with 2 year $1500 worth of phone that I was told in person would not be. Now the main office will not refund me my money or make right what there salesman sold me . I have been with Verizonfor 8 year or more and this is the worst experience and help I have beengiven The fact they will not honor what there salesman sold me in person on 2 separate occasion is completelyunexceptable. Horrible service and resolution to this issue. When I called to talk to a manager in there sales departmenthe hung up on me .
