I have used this company for many, many years. whether i was ordering windows or cabinets, anthony was always extremely helpful and professional. they deliver quality products at very reasonable prices and quick to resolve any issues. i will certainly be returning in the future.

I am a licensed contractor and I called this company so they can come out and measure the windows so they can fabricate the windows which are a very extremely oversized window.I wanted them to measure, and I was going to pay for the service, fabricate and install.They chose to rather berate me because I did not want to measure the windows.As far as telephone etiquette goes and courtesy this company is not the place to go.

Placed and order, requested plans for installation but plans were never delivered: it turns out we are missing pieces but I can’t get a hold of anyone. They were quick to collect payments but bad customer service. I got the wrong cabinets that had nothing with design we choose, after 6 phone calls trying to locate the owner/sales person without an answer, we had to figure things out on our own . As a result, I have to buy appliances because of the wrong cabinets delivered, pay extra money for installation since contractor will have to come back to re-install with plans. Delay the process on granite and getting the kitchen done.

I made an appointment with Anthony for Thur august 31, Anthony text me that he forgot he previously had a doctors appointment .. we reschedule for Friday September 1, after 5:00 Im still waiting on Anthony . No phone call, no text message .. waited 90 minutes, I called and text no answer.... I rated them a one because there is nothing lower .. unreliable, unprofessional .

I re design my kitchen Anthony walk me thought the process and it was very helpfulI recomend this store.

I have visited this business twice in the last 3 years or so. I can attest to arriving there 5 minutes before closing but Anthony still took the time to sit with me and show me what he had to offer with respect to my kitchen needs and then again with a window a needed for a bathroom remodel. Eventhough his prices and selections were reasonable I was unable to do business with him because of my time constraints (I needed the items in less than 5 days for a weekend project). I am now in need of some windows and I have a little bit more time lol so I will make sure to go to him.I will update this review once I complete the purchase and receive the windows.

Staff was very rude, unprofessional and nasty, lie to customer about delivery status also was unable to get in contact with staff in numerous occasions

1. I do not used your ideas because I didnt like it and It it was a concept for a house that is not in my standards.2. You are a high-handed person and you underestimated me by my appearance, you asked me if I knew how much it was going to expend in lowes for my appliances (8 items... Yes I do! And you shouldn’t care about it)3. You told me NOT from the beginning, when it could be done and you called the company and they said YES!! You can have a Oven and Microwave together!!!4. I went to a place and they gave me ideas and I ordered them to do it right away.5. You repeated me 5 times that you were a designer and thought you knew more than all in your small offices, when you did not know that I am an Business Professional and I have two masters in this country in public relations and Customer services, that my friend here or in China is Manners. If the others didnt talk it is because I was the person that was paying and I had the right to asked for the products that I want)6. Thank you for NOT selling me, because I went to a place where they took the time to explain to me, and they sold me what I wanted and not what you wanted me to buy. (My kitchen size is huge and everything fixed, I m sad that you have a poor concept)As you said.. YOU dont like to sell to homeowners!!! And guess what!?! It is going to look awesome!!!!7. Ill give you a free advice, take a course of customers services to see if you can earn double and stop complaining about the factory that get double.8. I m apologize, it was my mistake... I entered to your office (because the store has no heating) without seeing the store appearance and your terribles rewies and your answers (you are taking people money, pls get manners)9. 45 mnts for someone that is expecting to pay you more than 5000 isnt too bad!!!I wish you have a better days and happy holidays!!!Again thank you so much, the new place couldnt be better!!
