Highly recommended using Troy Granite. We came to them to get our new countertops. We ended up choosing the Super White quartzite stone top. The sink was included and we already had a faucet. They were willing to arrange a plumber to install and hookup the new faucet and sink however I had a family friend assist. We also got our backslash done with them. 10 out of 10!

We LOVE our new quartz countertops! One of the pieces didnt fit quite right at first, but they came back the very next day with a brand new piece that fit perfectly- they are committed to making sure their customers are happy!

We went to 3 other not to be named places and felt rushed and pushed into expensive options even when we asked to look at other stones in these other place showrooms, so we were pleasantly surprised when we skeptically entered Troy. it all Started with knowledgeable warehouse staff, who get out of your way and let you look at all the stones but offer to answer any question should they come up. With Troy supplied clipboard, we gathered names of the stones we like and Jamie took over, asking questions and getting a feel for our tastes and needs, offering choices and suggestions based on what we liked and wanted, never pushy. Her suggestions were awesome and exactly what we were looking for. The installers for both countertop an backsplash, were super friendly and accommodating, and very clean, constantly cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend Troy to anyone looking to transform their kitchen or any other room .

Troy Granite recently installed a granite counter top for a kitchenette that we had installed in our basement. I hired Troy Granite for my Counter and Backsplash. It looks great! I have one minor issue with the grout cracking where the backsplash meets the counter, but they are very easy to work with and will come out to fix it for me. I believe they will caulk there instead of grout. Even with the minor issue still work 5 stars!

I normally dont like leaving negative feedback as I would prefer to move on and never give them my business again nor recommendation. In this case you should be warned that this company did not live up to their reputation. The one thing a customer expects is a quality service and customer satisfaction, Troy Granite accomplished none of these things.Poor quality and workmanship... we hired Troy Granite to install counter tops in our kitchen and bathrooms. Salesman and their Template Technician were both fantastic. The installers on the other hand left the job unfinished and left a mess for my wife and I to clean up. My kids found the installers razors along with left over caulk and stone debris in both the bathrooms. On top of this my wife and I took a closer look at the sink cut outs in both bathrooms and noticed that it was not polished. They only polished the top surface. The sink cut out portion of the granite looked like freshly cut stone and had no shine. Sad part is I actually tipped the installers $40.00 CASH and they never took another look at their work space to make sure it was clean and safe.I decided to call Troy Granite to explain what our issues were so they can correct them and finish the job that we hired them to do. I spoke to a woman by the name of Jessica. I was asked to inform her of what my issues and concerns were. Once I was done she told me that someone would get back to me. Several hours later Jim Cebeci, Office Manager called me and basically wanted me to validate our claims of the poor workmanship by sending him photos rather than having someone sent to our home on their next visit which was the following day. (Two day installation for counter tops and back splash) I figured the manager would have said, Sir, we will be sure to have this all worked out before we leave on our next visit. Nope!! I was told that I needed to send him photos of what I was talking about before he would send anyone out to address the unfinished counter tops. His attitude was very poor and very unprofessional. He was extremely cynical with his words and tone. Basically dismissing our concerns as if they didnt exist.Spend your money with a company that cares about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

I was seriously impressed with Troy Granite. I recently moved to this area and totally renovated the kitchen. Sam came to do the template. Within 2 hours they sent meA text with an image of the layout to approve.Installation couldnt have gone better.Everything was cut perfectly. And looked.great. They were on time. Worked quickly and cleanly. They called and texted 15 minutes before their arrival. I recommend them highly.

We were in market for new kitchen counter top. Have seen billboards with ads got on line looked around we got and estimate on line (during covid19) found price to be reasonable . Went to show room to see actual products and sign a contract within 2 weeks was installed on time people very polite. Definitely would recommend.

First impression was horrible went to the showroom in the Delaware location. Walked in and not one person said a word to me. Let alone looked my way. After 10 mins of just walking around the show room not even a hello I left. Its ashame I was ready to pull the trigger on buying my countertops from them. Had a quote price looked good just wanted to see the countertop color we picked in person just to make sure its what we wanted.

We had kitchen counter tops installed. The installer Ilhan was very professional and quick. It turned out beautiful! Troy Granite in Newark installed a natural stone (quartzite) counter top for me in August. Everyone I worked with was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. Their price was better than Tile Markets by about 20%. I waited three weeks until installation compared to 4+ weeks at Tile Market. At Troy I worked with Aysel & Emel. Both were very accommodating and I enjoyed working with them over a 2-3 month period. They were both very helpful and patient - no hard sales pitch. The lighting in the indoor stone yard is ugh but I did have an opportunity to look at my selection in natural light before I bought it. Emel ended up being the closer. I was satisfied with the package price but I think I could have done a tiny bit better if I had given my full attention to the final offer. I was in a hurry and Emel is a shrewd sales lady so she, rightly so, turned the price slightly in her favor! As far as the rest of the process, the measuring appointment was uneventful and the technician was very professional. For the layout appointment, I was glad I had done some research and knew what I wanted before I arrived. The initial proposal was not to my liking at all but the tech was very patient and worked with me to get exactly the layout that I wanted. The install went very smoothly as far as I was concerned but it I think it was essential to have my contractor there. There were a few technical things to work out to make sure the counter turned out perfectly level but when it was done I was very happy! My counter top is perfect in every way and I love it! I highly recommend Troy Granite, Newark.UPDATE: More than three years later - I still LOVE my counters. The quartzite (Taj Mahal) is durable and stain free. No problems at all with the surface or the installation.

Can I just say that I feel so tricked and defeated and ended up paying almost $600 more than I should have for the same exact stone as their competitors. The only reason I decided to go with Troy was bc they told me that their competitor’s stone was of inferior quality but I found out that they were both the same!!! The manager said that he would price match but after finding out that we needed this work done ASAP, he refused. I couldn’t go with shone bc it would take them a week longer to have it ready and we were in a rush to get work done. But that’s not the worst part, the worst part is that the stones that they installed has small brown rusty stains on them and doesn’t even look new. I am beyond upset and can’t believe people would actually lie and take advantage of a pregnant woman.

This place is has the worst customer service. They dont follow any timeliness and comes whenever they please and says customer not at home. During measurement and installation they have not come at promised time rather come earlier the day. You would expect these guys will provide good customer service if you are paying your hard earned money for a service, right? Nope, not these guys. There are other service that provide better customer experience and stay away from Troy granite in Newark.

They had a wide selection of stone, I was looking for a white/grey natural stone that looked like marble but was durable and practical in my kitchen. TG was the only place with a natural stone light enough for me! Installation went smoothly and to top it off, we got a great price!! A positive experience with a professional staff. The process from choosing our granite, measuring, and installing was a positive experience. The granite and tile installers were professional and made sure we were happy before they left. Troy was welcoming and friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Troy.

So disappointing... For the most expensive investment in my home I am the most disappointed... Was told that I would be able to pick out my granite slab and then I was not able to pick it out... they told me it was the last two slabs in the warehouse ....And then I found out why... When it was delivered I noticed there were cracks and divots in it and when I called my salesperson Brian he told me that was normal and to scrape it out with a razor... When I scraped it out the divots got worse... be very wary and make sure you pick out your actual slab first because I never would have agreed to this slab.I also ordered a floor from them and was told that it would be in by a certain date and it never came in, then I was told it was backordered, but not until a week after it was supposed to be in.... by now my contractor was ready to install it I was told it was never going to be delivered. My kitchen install had to be delayed a week.Bottom line is the other reviewers were correct... they have great customer service until you sign the contract and then you just get a bunch of lip service.

Troy Granite did the most amazing job with our kitchen cabinet addition. We needed to add more cabinets to our kitchen for storage or dry goods and pots and pans. We brought in a drawer from our current kitchen and asked them if they could match the design. They were able to match it perfectly. No one can tell when they come to our house that this new kitchen unit was an addition. It looks like it was installed with the other cabinets. The staff at Troy Granite is remarkable, friendly, communicative, and reliable. The quality is among the top in the industry.

We just had our counter tops installed the other day and we love them!! Everyone was so helpful and professional! I was very impressed and shocked when someone was at my door from Troy a couple of hours later, there were just there to check the installation and to make sure we were happy!! That is great customer service!!!

Troy granite has really gone down hill. My wife and I went in last month and received a quote for over 10,000 for the quartz we wanted. They tried to talk us into it, telling us that was the best price they could do. Several days later, we got a quote for the same thing at 8,000 at Baltimore Granite. We emailed them to let them know we had found another installer, and they said they would match the price?!!?? How do you lie to a customer that 10,000 is your lowest price, then after they find out you were ripping them off, drop the price 2,000 instantly??? Thats an insane business practice, and the crazy thing is our installer was able to come in well below their quote. We ended up paying 5,400 for the same job troy quoted us at over 10,000. I wouldnt touch troy with a 10 foot pole. I cannot speak to their install quality, but ethical business practices are just as important. I can provide names and dates if I need to validate this review.

We worked with Jessi Hunt and had an amazing experience. She was professional and friendly. We had Troy do the granite in our kitchen, ledger stone on the fireplace and granite on the top of the fireplace. There was a small issue with the ledger stone but as soon as I let Jessi know their installer came back and rectified the problem. We are now in the process of picking out backsplash tile. I just wanted to say how great the service and the people are at Troy Granite. We had our counter top installed on 11-20-12 and our kitchen looks brand new. I had a minor issue and Harry the service manager was right there and addressed the issue immediately with out any questions. Bought Granite from Troy and they did a great job of selling the granite but had no follow-up to the Granite not being level. They only leveled lengthwise not depth. So I have a counter top that is out at least 3/16 along the whole edge from the backs plash to the edge.. Contacted my Sales person never followed-up. Sent a message to Customer Service and have not had follow-up, so I am left with no option but to slam them here. Poor Job Troy!!!!!!!!!

For a place that claims to be experts on granite, she could not (would not) tell me what type of upgraded sealant I would need in my kitchen because the one they applied is useless.
