The guys in the lumber yard never want to help you load your stuff. People think I work here because im always loading my own stuff, forklift drivers are completely useless. Always make big orders for my jobs, write them a check and i don’t know what system they use to check but it always comes back denied. Have to go and get cash and come back, biggest waste of time and worst customer service. This is by far the worst lumber yard I have been to and I work all over the bay area.

Truck # 31 on Monday morning at 6:30 am on 237 and Lawrence expressway was drive extremely reckless. The driver had a full load and was tailgating every car that he got behind.

It’s a family business. But it’s dishonest. I was charged 17ft per each mounding, while I measured it afterwards it’s exactly 16ft. It’s so weird why they insisted on it’s 17ft as it’s an odd number and factory should not have this spec.I dropped by the store to argue for it. But I was rejected by the staffs (owners’ family member) and asked me to write them email. I did but no response.I was stunned by the dishonesty.

I know I am a little do it your self person. Put you would expect more from them then maybe in warehouse you can go look. I am here because I need help if I wanted to just go find it myself I would have gone to home depot. Ie looking for specialty style wood.

Dan is the man! Hes helped us thr last 2 times and has been a great help and very professional! Doing a great job, keep it up. Really appreciate you helping us at the counter. The people actually working the forklifts, they are insanely fast and careful even when it looks like mayhem and chaos. In reality if you watch them, they are just working really fast and safe. Honking at every corner and blindspot. Taking customers orders as fast as they can. Caring for the safety of customers and weight limits. Great spot. If you are looking for a place to shop for wood, I recommend this place. I drive from san Jose, ca to get good quality wood. Dont do home depot if your doing a huge project. Highly recommend! The sales team at the front needs a whole lot of improvement. Tim has no experience in following up with the special orders and delivery dates. And the hole team just throws the ball at each other and that is that.They are really good at apologizing.If I had not called to find out my delivery time frame. I wouldnt have found out that the order was not even places.

A good place to find all the material we need for the job, but there are some Bigas that need special order and take a few days to arrive.
