The name holds true: These guys really are Good Guys! James and his team clearly explained why I had uneven tire wear and presented me with multiple tire options for my vehicle. The price of repairs was very cost-effective and even less than I expected. They took the time to show me what was causing the issues I was experiencing and provided sound advice on how to properly maintain my vehicle in the future. They really went above and beyond to help me and answered every question I had. They should rename this place Great Guys Garage because that is what they are. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reputable mechanic and honest advice.

Had the best price for my size 20 rim tires. Was able to get them next day and have them put on! They did amazing process was very simple and they all was so friendly!! They definitely got my business from here on out!

I went to Good Guys looking for tires. I was greeted at the door by friendly professional staff. They immediately looked up what size my Nitro needed and then took me back and showed me the actual tires they had in stock. They gave me a price for the tires and also with an alignment. There was never any pressure to purchase anything extra. I waited and they put the tires on right then. Up front and honest about the pricing. About an hour or so later I was driving down the road with my new tires. I would highly recommend this shop.

Broke one of my wheels then when I asked him to make things right, the owner proceeded to curse and yell at me and threaten to call the police if I didnt leave. All this after I spent over $1000 on four new tires. Will never go there again. *Edit* As the reply below implies, I did not threaten anyone. I dealt directly with the owner and made no threats. I simply asked for him to do what is right and fix what he broke. All the threats were made by him. Anyone thinking of giving this man your business should take note. And of course I havent been back! Why would I give you more money for poor service and verbal assault and threats of physical assault?

Went to have a fuel line fixed that was leaking, too back 3 times and still not fixed. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. Looked to see what they did and they only cut the rusted line and put in small piece of hose that wouldnt seal on the rusted line. Should have told me the line needed to be replaced. Would have been cheaper !!!

Needed a tire put on and they had a good use one and put it on the rim . Price might be a little bit high but it was worth it . I will go back to them again when I need something done

I checked around & they had the best deal on the tires i was lookin for.

It is a great place I use to like them but I went with my sister there and they replaced her 2 of her tires and when we left the tire light was still on they said that it would go off within a couple of miles of driving it and we went over to the Duke gas station and I checked the air pressure and it was very low it only had about 16 psfi in the tires that they just put on and it needed 34 psi in it according to the inside of the driver side door as soon as I put in the correct air pressure in it the light went offThe light was only on just because of thelow air pressure the people over at the good guys could not put the right amount of air in them and, when I said something to the guy there he could not have checked. It out there they tried to tell me that it would go off on it own later but it would have never would have went off because all it needed is the right amount of air pressure in them something so simple and they was to lazy and did not care about it to get it right the first time when we were there

Good Guys has been my go to auto care place for 5 years now. Great service that has quality and professionalism.

Very rude. Only interested in selling, even if what they are selling is junk. And the reason you wont find me in your records is because once I figured out what this business was about I left and refused to let them put tires on my car. I was lied to about the tires that they were going to put on my car and caught it before the work was started. Then they tried to sell me tires that were double the amount of the original tires and then had the nerve to get very nasty with me saying I was wasting their time. Rude, and unprofessional. Well, they wasted my time and it wont happen again. Bad business ethics is the real issue with Good Guys garage.

Great experience. They got me in on the fly on a Tuesday. Good prices and excellent service. Got an alignment, oil change, new filter, and a leaking valve fixed in two hours. They were very professional. I’ll be back for future car maintenance.

Owner is extremely aggressive and charged 4 times what the actual part cost at local parts store. Did NOT properly dispose of antifreeze (dumped behind his business). I would recommend going anywhere but here.

They dont stand behind their work at all. Owner seemed nice but both times they have done work it has not lasted and they find reasons to point fingers and say it isnt their fault. The guy answering the phone today was completely uncaring, blamed the manufacturer and or me and didnt care at all that my vehicle is unsafe for my family 3 months after their service was completed. Didnt offer to look at it. Just said they are closed for a week and it sounded like it was my faut I have never had issues like this before coming to Good Guys. Ill find somewhere else.

Quick alignment decent price good work

They turned down work to save me money. They could have done the work I requested and gotten paid but there were underlying problems they couldnt fix. You dont find that level of honesty much any more.

Be very careful with repairs. Replacing 3 fuel injectors costed over $650. Car ran worse, blew black smoke, and misfired ever since. I called back to see if they can check it out and all of a sudden they are too busy, booked for at least three next week. They werent too busy when I spent $80 on a diagnostic check. Absolutely criminal!

They completely overcharged my wife on an oil change for a Honda Civic, $60. Said it costed more because of full synthetic. John Hinderer charges less than half as much. The Good Guy thing to do would be to call and inform someone of the price before committing that type of robbery.(other places have before for only a $40 dollar charge because of synthetic) I do not recommend and will never return. TOTAL RIPOFF! Would not let me put zero stars.

Put a new water pump and fluids in my 99 explorer and they power tested my truck theyre good to work with a little pricey but worth it they said I need a new thermostat housing in it now itll cost little over $500 to do it all but Id recommend going here an Ill b back to get that fixed they are good mechanics
