Went there to get an estimate. The office is filthy, run down and disorganized. They told me they couldnt start work on my car for at least 2 weeks.

My car had some water damage and required repainting of a few panels. The paint work the shop did was exceptional and looks great, but the service was sub-par. My car was returned COVERED in sanding dust, including the wheels and inside of my trunk. The panel lines were decent, but the whole job seemed rushed (I got the car back way before the estimated date). The emblem on the back was way off and was reused, not replaced as quoted. On top of all that, I gave the manager specific instructions for preventing my engine from flooding, which they neglected to follow, and returned my car with a completely dead battery and flooded engine; which I had to fix before leaving (~1 hour process if you know what you are doing). All in all, paint was great but the rest of the issues seriously put me off from this shop. Seems like once they realized they disabled my vehicle, they rushed to get it out of the way.

Randy did an awesome job for my car! He is very honest, and help me a lot on the bill. I was able to get my car fix in only two days. I would say this is the best auto body shop you can find in this town.

Randy and his guys did a great job! First I brought in my 2018 Ford F150 with extensive damage to drivers side rear. On top of the body work, they replaced the axle, leaf spring and bell housing. After 2 minor touch ups (which Randy had no problem doing) my truck runs, looks and drives like the day I pulled it off the dealer lot! Then I had to take my sons 2008 Chrysler Sebring in due to hitting a dear. After they were done the car looked better then the day we bought it 3 months earlier. With both cars Randy answered any questions when I called and worked with the insurance companies to get the proper estimates and work completed. I wouldnt hesitate to take another vehicle to or recommend Iron Hill Auto Body. They did great work and Randy was real easy to talk to. Look them up and give them a call!

Randy saw me through a very complex collision repair on my brand new Buick Encore. I took my car there because of the great reviews and I must say that he made my car look just like new. He worked with my insurance company well and he really knows what he is doing. I am very happy that I took my car there because he really cares about restoration and it shows! Thanks Randy!

I went to Iron Hill body shop after searching on the web. I took my Jeep there for an estimate. The owner Randy was so nice . I am a senior citizen . He gave an estimate and I took my Jeep in on Mon.Oct. 30 th. I went and picked today Wed.Nov.1st.2017 . He did a great job. Also saved me considerable amount .my bill was way below what he estimated as he fixed a part instead oh replacing it.I would highly recommend his shop to everyone He and his wife who work in the office are caring people. These people go out of their way to make you happy. Being a former Quality Engineer from General Motors I know when I see Quality work and they do it and quickly. The pricing is going to be hard to beat that I can almost guarantee unless youre doing it yourself.

I took my daughters car to Iron Hill to fix some damage that was done to the rear corner of the car. They were able to straighten the back corner damage as well as replace the tail light lens and paint, all in 2 days. They did a great job repairing the damage quickly and for a reasonable price.

I stopped by there to get an estimate to fix a quarter size rust spot on my 2011 Ram 1500. Randy gave me the estimated cost that was half of what two other body shops quoted me at. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I decided to give him a shot. Two days later I picked up my truck from them and couldnt tell where the rust spot was - the pain job was awesome. They even touched up a few scratches on the front bumper. Im very satisfied with their service.

Poor customer service if you are looking to provision these professional services. Dont expect much in the way of collaboration on a project. They are not using the latest preservation or inhibitor techniques for restoration paint and body work and are unwilling to consider doing so. Be on alert.
