Had taken car a few years ago and they did a good job. Took car two weeks ago. It was supposed to be ready in five days. After eight days of being given the runaround I go pick up car. They literally used a touch up pen from the dealer to repair the scratches on the car. The car looks worse now than before. Steven from the shop then tells me to bring it back in the spring and for $2000 he will see what he can do. A new place tells me the botched up job will cost me in the thousands to fix. If he didn’t want to do the job he should have told me. Instead he made my daughters car look worse. Awful!
