My car repair took about 3 weeks, which seems a bit long, but I admit I have no comparable knowledge. Parts availability might have been part of it. They sent daily automated text updates on repair status. After getting the car back I noticed the hood (which they had replaced) was not aligned well. I phoned; they had me come in the same day and fixed it on the spot. Overall net positive experience.

Had to get some body work done since a random act of keying happened to my vehicle. ACC was immediately available to accept my car. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster to estimate and accept the work quickly. They offered a rental vehicle while I waited, which I wasnt even considering. I was given daily updates on the status of the work and the work was done within the given time! The work looks great and they even fixed body issues that werent part of the keying. They detailed my vehicle and took proper sanitizing procedure during covid times.Great work and great staff.

The team did a great job of fixing my Honda CRV. I had a big dent in the rear. I was supposed to get asap before my international travel. I checked for all the Geico authorized centers and they accommodated my request in fixing it soon.They not only fixed it completely within their promised time, but were also prompt in providing timely updates. I wouldnt recommend this place to my family, friends or colleagues. They did very good job on fixing the car but someone from their staff stole my sunglasses kept in sunglass holder. They did not have any business to open that and the very bad thing is, they captured my sunglasses in their checking photos but nobody/management made sure it was there after they fixed my car. Bad worker and management.

Working with Geico, ACC Collision repaired damage from a rear-end collision. The work they did on the car is perfect. I could not have hoped for better. Perfect paint matching, Spray was top notch, smooth as glass. Alignment is perfect. Communication was great and they worked seamlessly with Geico. I hope I never have to have repair done again but if I do Ill go back to ACC.

They took 3 weeks to fix a bumper that’s all it needed. And kept pushing the day the vehicle would be completed.

I brought in my C300 due to a rock hitting my front bumper grill and damaging both the grill and my A/C condenser. It was a smooth experience. They regularly updated the status. The only useful portion of the status update was the time by when vehicle would be ready. They estimated 11 days of work and got it ready in 10 days.Some of the status updates were misleading. For example, after 2-3 days of dropping-in the vehicle, an update was received saying that vehicle is being reassembled. A day later another update was received that workshop is waiting for some parts. The timeline in these updates was the only thing that I took seriously.

ACC did a great job with repairing the rear bumper of my car after it was backed up into by another car. This repair shop was on Geicos recommended list. The shop gave me daily updates, and they completed the job within the estimated time frame.

Good experience overall. The gentleman working on my case explained everything to me very clearly and patiently answered my questions too. I was able to pick up my car in a reasonable amount of time. At which point he also went over the work that was done and showed me the fixes.

I had a very minor accident - a broken driver-side mirror. However, they did a very good job in fixing it and completed it promptly as well. The fact that they are a complete shop - Geico authorized, with on-site Enterprise rentals, makes it very convenient. We were side swiped, damaging the whole front of our Ford Flex. ACC was recommended by Geico to us. It was conveniently close to our house. The consultation was quick, they were done with the car within days and I received text messages on the status every day. They were polite, and did a great job. TLDR; Great Service, would work with them again.Recently had to take my car in due to a car accident that happened in the parking lot. I brought it in they assess the damage and he told me a timeframe of when the car was going to be completed, even with everything going on in the world they managed to fix my Lexus in the timeframe they gave me.The interactions we’re seamless, They updated me with every step to my repair, upon pick up everything was ready for me to hop in and drive off.They went the extra step and even detailed the front end of my car.

I stopped in here recently for some body work on my Mazda6. The staff were all very professional and courteous from beginning to end, and during the week and a half that my car was in the shop, I received daily notifications on the progress of the repairs. Both centers are extremely good at what they do. Highly recommended and No brainer to choose ACC for your car body repairs.Fremont ACC: I was searching for driver side mirror for my Toyota Camry, walked into the store, Jeff has taken all the details and told will get back in a day or two after searching up in the inventory. Promptly I got a call back in a day, found the part and got it fixed in few hours.Newark ACC: Met with an accident, right side head light, bumper totally got damaged. Geico was directed me to Newark center for repairs. They did fantastic job of fixing all parts, paint job etc and promptly texts you about progress of work.

I had a great experience at ACC Auto Collision Center. Compared to other Auto shops, their pricing was very competitive and the best part was that they kept me in the loop with all the details every day.My car was in serious accident, and I was quoted a three week repair time. When my car was picked up, I received an email update immediately. The days following the initial process, I would get an update stating that the repairs have started, the buffering process has begun, etc.The last thing is that even though I was quoted three weeks, the process was much faster and I received my car earlier than expected.

I have a 2019 bmw 440i that I just started leasing. A few weeks I wrecked my Chevy traverse and as pretty distraught. I called my insurance company and they recommend ACC Collision. I was thoroughly impressed with everything from getting a car rental on the spot, to the text messages providing regular updates. There were frequent updates on the work being done via email and car was ready on the day they said it would be. Had collision repair here becuase it was suggested by GEICO but very poor job on painting and installing rear lamps. I found some scratches and kept getting errors for lamps, when I went back to them to show l, they did not accept their fault saying its new damage. I will not recommend.

My Honda Civic Ex 2018 was rear ended recently. When I contacted GEICO they recommended me ACC to get my car fixed as it is the closest one from my home. Dropping-off and pick up was very convenient as GIECO representative will be there on board to help you with everything, it wont take more than 30 mins. ACC did really good job fixing my car, they replaced everything which got damaged in collisio: truc, rear bonnet, interior holders and other small parts. My car looks like new now. Also they have very good notification system in place to notify you everyday about the progress of your cars repair status which is really helpful. I am quite satisfied with their service, will surely go back if needed and also recommend ACC to everyone.

The staffs are very professional, friendly and efficient, drop off and explaining of the issue took about 30 mins, all paperwork were prepared prior so wait time was literally none. They asked whether I would like to receive txt messages to update the status of my vehicle and I did because I had to travel for work in the next 2 weeks. Thoughout the repair cycle, they promptly update me the status on a daily basis, I didn’t have to call them at all which is a fresh experience. Over the years, my family and I have used Automobile Collision Center to repair our SUV on three separate incidents. Two of those accidents were caused by uninsured drivers and the third by our neighbor. Our poor SUV! But, each time Automobile Collision Center fixed the car like new. Even the door handle feels better when opening it, and some of the nicks and imperfections that werent in the insurance report were fixed too. Yes, I noticed them, and they didnt even tell me about them.The impeccable service has been outstanding, and Nancy the receptionist even remembered my name. My BMW 328i was side-swiped by a Camry that ran out of control on the road one day. There were damages to my right car door, right quarter panel, tire, and alignment. Luckily, the driver that hit my car accepted full responsibility and was covered under Geico insurance. I heard from a close friend that Geico insurance has a local one stop shop where I can get inspections, repairs, and a car rental all in one place. So I decided to use the ACC Auto Collision Center to repair my car.I got to my appointment at 7:30am and was immediately greeted by the Geico representative. He inspected my car and went through the damages in detail. After the inspection, he introduced me to the shop manager and told me that the repair shop will also do a full inspection. After signing the required documents, I met with the Enterprise car representative, where he showed me the car rental and handed me the keys. They were super efficient and I was out of there at 7:45am! I was also pretty impressed with their customer service.While the car was being repaired, I received daily updates on the progress of my repair. I also received a phone call from them close to the completion date. Once I got my car back, I was completely amazed! It was like a new car and I could not tell the car had been in an accident. They repaired the rear bumper, rear lamps, quarter panel, door, pillars, roof, windshield and repainted the rear bumper. They even replaced it a new tire and reconditioned the wheels! They also did a car wash and vacuumed inside of the car. The only thing I found was that there was an extra small glob of paint on the left side of the bumper. I called the shop manager and with no hesitation, he told me to bring the car back to get it repainted. Overall, it was an amazing experience throughout and I would definitely take my car back for repairs in the future!

Our car was rear ended. The other driver had Geico Insurance. We were referred to ACC Auto Collision Center, Newark. From beginning to end, we had an awesome experience. They have email as well as text services which pretty much updates you more then needed and you know exactly what the current condition of the vehicle is. Also, in their facility, they have the Geico Adjustor as well as Enterprise Agent. We got a rental van as well as all issues related to the accident was handled in this location within 25mins and I mean from start to end. Few days later we picked up our Van as per the schedule. The Body work is covered for the life of the vehicle as long as we own the Vehicle. I would highly recommend this Center to all my friends.

The newark location is actually partner with Geico, and I have the opportunity to get served because I took a Geico express repair right there.It has been two times they help me with my car, both are for bodywork. The work is great, which makes the part look like brand new, and they have life time warranty for their work, just keep all the documents.Further more, if there is anything unexpected happened before you picked your car, which causes damages, they would be responsible for it totally, they are always working to get your 100% satisfaction.

My wife’s Acura RDX 2013 need rear bumper repair, it was hit by 2016 Honda Civic. The bumper was having a dent about 1 foot long on the left side. We were using Geico insurance and ACC is the closest approved repair list. We get an appointment within 2-3 days, went there Tuesday morning, get the rental car (From Enterprise) on the site, and took about 20 minutes to drop the car do paper work. ACC keep me update of the status daily through texting (You can choose contact preference email/text/call). The car was done on Thursday, picked up in the evening. I was very surprised that the bumper looks like brand new, no any noticeable repair; they even paint the small crack on the right side of the bumper not related to the accident. The cars also get washed and vacuum. Came home and found out that I forgot to remove my home key from the rental car key chain, ACC mail the key within 2 days I received it. I would definitely get back to ACC for any paint services if needed again in the future. Well done.
