Toshiba Business Solution is a great company. Jessica Toribio is a great Account Executive for Toshiba. She came into our office before we purchase the product and explained everything about the copier before we purchased it. When we did purchased the copier she was her to set up all our computer give us a complete demonstration and answer all of our questions. She is a great sweet and pleasant person from the day she came into our office. She is a great access to your company. We need more Jessica in our business world.

I cannot say enough good things about Toshiba and their customer service. Our printer went down this morning (a Monday of all days!) and this is the only printer in the office. I called to set up a service call & a gentleman named Kevin was here within an hour! He thoroughly explained why the printer was acting up & how to avoid it in the future. Kevin worked his magic on my companys Toshiba 5560c the other day and I cannot believe the jump in print quality! We used to get very dark/reddish color prints that were streaked all over... very grateful for the time he spent cleaning the machine and troubleshooting a quick part replacement. We have had a Toshiba in our office now for quite a few years, and we love the service that comes from Toshiba. Its truly the best part. The few times weve had mechanical problems, weve had either an in-person tech or phone/IT tech able to help us, generally the same day, and fix the problem. Francisco, our sales rep, has been exceptionally great in helping us navigate our transition from PC to Apple in our office, going above and beyond.
