Poor communication, they will raise your rates without a contract when you reach out to them they will ignore your emails and not even apologize about it. Then they hostage you with not servicing your needs. There is nobody to talk to.

They delivered the machine and they service our account. Its pretty straight forward. I am going to send out an RFQ for new leases soon and I will allow them to participate which says a lot.
