Disgusting customer service. I came in to buy a couple of bottles for a dinner party I’m having. It was completely empty. I was in there for about 2 minutes not one person greeted me but they stayed in the front talking. Then they complain when they aren’t making money fix your customer service

Staff is great, knowledgable, and have your best interest in mind when you want to try something new. They won’t try to sell you the most expensive bottle, and their selection is impressive. Regular Downtown Manhattan prices. The hours are typically super convenient. I choose this over the other wine/spirits shops in the immediate area. 10/10

Good selection of liquor with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also like how thoughtfully they have laid out the store. The prices are within range for the area, so if you are looking for a bargain this is not the place.

This local wine store (help, customer service) is very rude, obnoxious, condescending I would visit at least every other day, I had a conversation with one of the employees. About not acknowledging the customers he feels no need to and the manager never picks her head up from the phone may take notice of her helps no regard for the customers that buy from this local. But thanks to the internet I no longer have to visit them for I can purchase this on-line and save four (4.00) at the same time. They have always been over priced but his attitude just got to me and I feel no need to spend my money with such arrogance .

We stumbled across this place new years eve near the financial district. Believe it or not, it was one of the only places we found that was still open, so that is a major Thumbs Up for them. Immediately upon entering the store we were greeted by our own personal shopper who walked us to the champagne WALL and explained the ones that were the best bang for our buck without trying to sell us solely on Veuve... I had a chance on my way out to admire the wall o wine and the beautiful way they have them all displayed. I would love (if I ever found myself in the area again) to pop in and explore the different selections.

The shop has a large collection of Wines of different ranges. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Small selection of mid-priced California whites here. They sell the Arsonist by Matchbook Wines which is worth stopping in for.

This shop is a hidden gem on Fulton Street - love that they research the best food pairings with each of their wines, because this was a great help!
