My friend and I were greeted upon entry with a sign that said the tea bar is closed today. The biggest disappointment as I was dying to try an iced tea. Staff is friendly, at least during my visit. Yes, I read the mixed reviews of the service. One customer walked in asking to return something. And being the eavesdropper that I am, I heard the sales person go Can I have it? as his first words. I did leave with a beautiful thin bracelet. The mens jewelry is unprotected, and all open for try-ons. Cool, but not safe.
Was originally happy with our purchase, bracelet was pretty and fit nice. Less than 6 months later the silver bracelet snapped in half.... contacted the sales team to get an exchange done for a new bracelet. I followed their instructions and mailed it to the repairs address with the order number and address to mail the new bracelet to. its been 6 weeks since i mailed back the broken bracelet. Ive tried reaching out via chat if my bracelet was received or if they issued and new bracelet, and now they have ghosted me.

I purchased a 14K solid gold necklace, not gold vermeil which is sterling silver coated with a thin layer of gold. After failing to locate the 14K hallmark and only a 925 - a hallmark for sterling silver, I took it back to the store and asked where I might find the 14K hallmark and if they might have a magnifying glass which could be helpful in locating it. The unfriendly, unenthusiastic clerk said that he was confused as to why I needed to see the 14K hallmark, and why I needed a magnifying glass! He then proceeded to defend the less than gold color of the necklace, saying that yellow gold is tacky. Real gold, 24K, 18K, even 14K which is only 58.3% gold, are all supposed to be yellow! I wasnt intending on a refund but at that point, I asked for one, and I probably will not be purchasing any gold items from them again.
These guys in the SoHo store were super helpful with my first ring purchase. They walked through all the steps of how to take care of it, and even replaced my initial ring with a new one when itd developed unexplainable damage only a week after. Great customer service, and of course great looks! 👌
When I first saw their products online I was pretty excited and went to dumbo to find their stand. However, the staff was acting weird, not helpful, and rude for the entire time. The quality of the jewelry is not as expected. Over price and rough. I was glad I tried on before I bought it online without seeing the actual piece.Will never consider this brand again.
Beautiful jewelry for both men and women. very unique and I both a hook bracelet and a necklace. very happy with my purchases. check them out online but its much better to go try them on at the store. my friend who wasnt interested in going changed his mind and bought a bracelet. sales associate was very nice and helpful.

I got to the store in Soho at 10:45, waited over an hour and the staff never showed up to open for 11. Multiple customers were waiting outside along with me, the cleaning lady had to open the door and told us someone will be here soon they’re running late, no one showed up so we all left.
Bought a watch from here a couple years ago, and its decent for the price point. Time came for a replacement band and a new battery, the guy in the store said apparently they dont handle stuff like that. So much for repeat business ... would of happily paid for the service from the original manufacturer. Will not be coming back here again.
Staff was rude. Asked me if I was wasting his time or not. I purchased a ring but the bullying got too much after they made fun of something I said earlier. The sales person was acting really bougie. As a customer, I dont think asking for decency and mutual respect is too much.

I went to the airstream in Montauk, NY for fourth if July. I was so excited to find some pieces to bring home that would remind me of my trip there and one piece turned out to be a birthday gift from my best friend. A week later one of my bracelts chipped and the other was which is the tricolor completely unscrewed and fell off. I knew I had 30 days to return or exchange so I reached out by phone and left two messages with no response. Then I emailed with no immediate response. Then I contacted the employee I purchased with who said she would get in contact with customer service. They emailed back, I replied and still have not heard back from an email sent on Aug 14. I sent a few more emails with no reply. In the meantime we had no other choice but to dispute charges until it was figured out, which are still pending by the way. Labor day weekend we planned another trip to Montauk. I thought perfect! I can go to the place I purchased them and return there since she know whats going on...WRONG. Since it has been over 30 days there is nothing that she could do about a return or exchange and I would have to reach out to the customer service. I explained and showed her the no response emails and suggested that they do reach out to me by phone to handle it all so there is no confusion with emails and no responses. She took my information and said I should hear back next week. Well, the week has gone by and another week with no response. To say the customer service is lacking would be an understatement. All I wanted was exchange the pieces and it has been very difficult.

Amazing and calmingly zen store experience. Wonderful selection of gold and silver bracelets and accessories from this Brooklyn based foundry. Theyre doing a great job here at Miansai. Theyre bordering on becoming too commercial so they have to watch it. Great teas being served here though.

This company shows nothing but contempt for its customers. I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my boyfriend and was told that he could return within 30 days to swap it for one he preferred. When I gave it to him we realized that one of the small links was broken. He brought it to the store and the clerk told him it also showed signs of wear - the plating was rubbing off at the clasp - so they would not allow him to swap it. They sold this in a damaged and worn state and refused to take responsibility for it. Their customer service department refused to respond to my emails once I pointed out what their sales clerk had done I.e. sold a product in an unfit state. What is their business model - replace customer service with kombucha?

Ive witnessed this brand grow from their basic answer bracelets to their industrial pieces of today. Great work with metal and other materials to accent your outfits. This particular location has a wide selection of matcha tea with each of the store staff on rotation at the matcha bar. If you want to shop for accessories, or want one of the best matcha experiences in NYC. This is the place to go.

Ordered online two weeks ago. Miansai took my money instantly, but I had to call to get a confirmation number from them as nothing was sent to me. All they replied with was that Id get a confirmation once it shipped. Its two week later and Ive made two calls today to see what the status is of the order. Spoke to two people who sounded as though they could care less about the fact that almost 400 dollars was taken from my account 2 weeks ago without any word from the company.Terrible customer service and terrible business model which seems to be: Get the money, but after that, dont worry too much about the customer, cause we have their cash already.Spend your money elsewhere. These people absolutely dont respect your or your money.
