Amazing service! We walked in for a repair. They had the identical watch in stock. They replaced it on the spot. They also seized it and engraved it with my name, all free of charge. Alexis helped us and she is wonderful!

The service at the fossil store was incredible. I had new batteries put in two of my watches and a link replaced. It took about 10 minutes. My attention was fixed on the displayed watches and all the while the associate provided me with in dept knowledge of the watches that compelled me. I love the service and the products at Fossil. Im forever a Fossil custormer.

Dropped by to shop for a bag and was greeted immediately by Luis. Absolute sweetheart and walked my boyfriend and I through the products and made us feel right at home. Definitely left a lasting positive impression. Thank you Luis!

The shop is really nice and Fossil sells products of a good quality. Kellee was really friendly and helpful, best staff member! They stamp individual letters inside your newly bought wallet, free of charge. Thats a great service!

Awesome Store with outstanding service!I had a issue with my watch not charging anymore. I went back to the store on my lunch break to try and get the issue resolved with it. I was meet by Cristal, the same lady who sold me the watch. She took care of the issue by replacing the watch under warranty and also resized the watch again to my fit. I was in and out of the store on my lunch break and was still able to have lunch. THANK YOU CRISTAL!

Spoke to Cristal at this location because my fossil smartwatch was malfunctioning. She was extremely kind and informative and was able to replace the device free of change because it was under warranty. Truly outstanding service!!!

Dropped my watch off for repair 4 weeks ago. I did not receive any proof of drop off. There hasnt been any correspondence with me about the whereabouts of my watch. Ive called the store several times and I get the same message everytime, Im going to look into it and then call you right back. I have not gotten a call back. My watch is M.I.A. I spent alot of money on that watch and this is just terrible customer service. Just TERRIBLE!
