Amazing staff that is welcoming, helpful, and polite. Ive been in the shop on three different occasions & even called asking about price matching for a strap that I had purchased full-price which went on on sale. Even though I was a few days over the policy time limitation they still matched the discount. Love coming into the store to mix n match straps with bags to create a unique combo. That creative option makes their products fun to own/style and also I get so many compliments!

The prettiest store in town but the staff is not welcoming (and does not seem to be having fun), which is strange since they opened barely a week ago. Tense/snobbish atmosphere sadly reminiscent of other stores next door.Disappointing given the Clare Vivier brands image of relaxed/chic women having fun. Hoping the mood will change and going there will turn into a fully pleasurable experience.

Amazing handbags and wonderful staff that has always been helpful and friendly to me. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about!

Beautiful leather goods, but agreed, horrible service with snobby staff.

Overpriced for fake jewelry that last about 2 weeks. No thanks! No longer shop here. Amazon replaces them.
