I purchased two Louis Vuitton sandals yesterday and when I got home I realized they had given me a display shoe. The left shoe had scratches all over the bottom while the right shoe did not. I went directly to the sales associate Rosemary who declined my request to exchange the shoe. I then asked for the manager Matt Brown who also declined my request because he said he cant sell a shoe with scratches on the bottom, disregarding the fact that he had given me a scratched shoe. The customer service in this store is terrible. I was able to go to Louis Vuitton on 5th Ave where my needs were met. Do not shop here they do not care for their customers.

My 5 Star Rating is for no other but my CA Dimitri! From the moment I walked in the boutique he was nothing but friendly and accommodating for the whole experience. Bought something here. Salesperson wrote incorrect address on the shipping. It’s been a nightmare trying to make the correction cuz they DONT EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! Stay away from this LV. Also purchased on Sept 1 it’s Sept 8 and not shipping info. The item was purchased on 49th st and they didn’t have so needed to get from 5th ave (7 blocks away) shipping 15 minutes away but apparently that that’s more than 10 days! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! Goto ANY other LV store but this one

My review is mixed. I came in 2 buy 2 items. It was a Friday and I was dressed down, sweats and sneakers. I was looked at like dirt and even got an eye roll when I entered the store. Luckily the lady at the counter was more than welcoming and helpful, I forgot her name but she is a middle aged blond. She was sooooooooo sweet.

Beautiful store over 4 floors, with ladies bags, travel goods and male and female clothing. Superb range of quality merchandise and surprisingly friendly and approachable staff who demonstrated their items professionally but without the pressure to buy that I have experienced in similar stores of high end brands across Europe. Unfortunately the NYC sales tax adds to the item cost but the store and personnel are both welcoming.

The associates aren’t as friendly as other locations in the area. They do have a lot of them working which is great, but no one greets you or offers to help. Try one of the other locations for a better experience.

Atrocious service. I had given this store more than 5 days notice to have a polo shipped from the store on Rodeo Drive to New York for my birthday and was told I would receive a confirmation call when the shirt had arrived in New York. After 4 days of not hearing anything I decided to give the client care people a call and get a status update. I was informed that the shirt had not been transferred at this point and was apologized to and then was informed they would overnight the shirt and guaranteed it would arrive in New York in time for my party. When I arrived on my birthday to pick it up so I would have it ready for my 100+ people party I had asked the sales associate who was assisting me to go get it in the back. After 10-15 minutes of waiting and me overhearing her conversation I could tell there was a sign of distress. After waiting for her to search the entire store including the basement, she informed me that the polo had not arrived nor was it even in transit. She had spoke to her manager who was of absolutely no help whatsoever and never came out of hiding to speak to me in person and he did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I then called the client care phone number because they are the ones who orchestrated the transfer. At this point I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable because no one in the store was helping me and I could tell they were gossiping. After sometime I was connected to a client care representative who apologized greatly to me and told me she would see the transfer through herself (this past Saturday) and told me someone would contact me on Monday from the Rodeo Store and confirm the transfer. It is now Thursday and nobody from Louis Vuitton has reached out to me or followed up with me. For a luxury brand who I have been a loyal client to this kind of service is completely unacceptable. Thank you very much Louis Vuitton for ruining my birthday, it certainly was one I will never forget thanks to your awful customer service. I highly suggest you invest the money from your constant price increases into training your staff better.

The staff at this store were very nice and helpful with our request to replace a bag that was bought out-of-state. They were also very efficient so we did not wait very long for the replacement and to complete the required paperwork. They also gave us their standard holiday giveaways in appreciation of our business.

Ive been in this store several times now, and on leaving each time I think to myself, I should have known better. The selection of goods is less than stellar with very little variety in styles. But most notable is the absolutely inexcusable customer service. Granted, LV isnt exactly noted for their friendliness, but this was atrocious on every occasion. On my last visit I was one of only a dozen or so customers on the entire first floor, and there were several people standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. I approached them for service and was ignored, standing behind the counter for at least 15 minutes before deciding to find someone in a different part of the store. After waiting at a different counter for another 10 minutes, a very rude woman who had been standing directly in front of me doing nothing the entire time finally acknowledged me with a scowl and a can I help you, never making eye contact with me at all. I explained what I was looking for and showed her the exact product and color on my phone screen. Without speaking to me, she grabbed my phone from my hand, punched some things into the computer, and then practically shoved my phone back into my hand. She just spit at me sold out, then promptly turned her back to me. Not even an offer to call another store or look for it in a drawer for me or help me in absolutely any way. Needless to say, I left and I will not be coming back. It never ceases to amaze me the disgusting people that LV hires to represent their customer service, and this store is the absolute worst. Never ever shop here.

Worst experience at a store ever...and this is NYC. The service qualify was more like a cheap department store. The store was full of clients but very little staff. I sure did NOT get the level or service I expected even though I purchased an item that day. I received a survey and completed it as a very dissatisfied customer. To make matters worse, almost a month later- nobody has reached out to me to apologize or at least hear my story on my terrible experience. I was very disappointed with my experience at LV. I’m not sure I’ll return to any of their stores ever.

Initially customer service was great but Once I purchased the bag, it was the WORST unprofessional customer service I have received.When I initially came in the store the associates and everyone was very friendly nice and helpful. I was confused as to which bag to buy and there was a price difference of $800 between the two. The lady very easily said why dont you just purchase both take them home to show your husband and decide as long as they are not used you can bring back within 30 days with receipt. I made sure many times before leaving the store this would not be a problem as i was confused, they assured me it would be no problem. Although I lived 1 hour away, i returned within the same week and decided to keep the more expensive bag but told them I would like to pay my home %6 tax versus %8.9 and was told this could only happen if i were to return and repurchase the bag and have it ordered to my home address. So grudgingly i said ok. They took both bags back after thoroughly checking them.Then when my bag was delivered to my home address the bag that i received seem worn down, not as it were used but as if it were the showcase piece. I immediately called LV customer service 2-3 times and each time was put on hold and tried contacting the store but no response. The associate that i dealth with did text me back with vague platonic msgs but Never returned my call even after i requested. When i called LV I even had someone use a accusatory tone of voice with me . I clearly said I would Not purchase $5000 worth of handbags if i was to use any of them to just return them and I would like to receive one in perfect condition. This bag looks like it is not in pristine condition.Anyways I spent another week trying to contact their manager WHO NEVER even returned my calls text or voicemail. I still had this bag i was not happy with and NO ONE even acknowledged me except for saying they had cameras in the store and they assure it was the same new bag that was shipped to me.I never expected this out of such a prestigious company especially when I spent $2600.00 Very disappointed with Louis Vuitton associates and manager at this saxs fifth avenue location.

This is my favorite store! Recently I purchased LV neverfull damier ebene mm. Such a great experience at this store. Sale associates are extremely friendly and willing to help. LV on 5th Ave is the best. I did some shopping in LV store in Miami, and it was such a plain experience in comparison to LV in NY 5th Ave.

I am a frequent buyer of Louis Vuitton and for my 18th birthday my parents were kind enough to buy me a bag online but have it sent to NYC to pick it up (we live in Florida). We were told by Louis Vuitton to bring a notarized form and a few other documents proving that I am the owner of the bag. As soon as we arrived to the Louis in Saks no one greeted us or helped us, we stood around for a minute or two and then awkwardly asked an employee for help because it seemed like they were ignoring us. I explained what I was there for and he insisted that they never would give away a bag (it was already payed for) and kind of took me as a joke. He told us that maybe it would be at Saks off 5th avenue so we walked all the way to find out Saks off 5th Is an outlet store that doesnt even carry Louis Vuitton . So he literally sent us to a store that he most likely knew doesnt even carry Louis Vuitton (probably trying to get us to leave). We ended up going to the original Louis Vuitton store where they resolved everything (and they were such sweethearts). Long story short - the employees lack a sense of respect for their customers and in my eyes, act as if they are better than the customers.

The staff was by no means overly friendly or ready to serve.I did manage to track down an SA that helped me decide on my purchase, he wasnt by no means warm and friendly at first, but once he saw that my intition was to buy something and not waste his time he eased up some. I have shopped at other LV store and have always received top rate service. This LV store on the other hand was by far the coldest and most unpleasent LV store I have shopped in. I wouldnt dare go into this LV storeAgain unless I was set on buying an item or two. The staff doesnt seem to take kindly to window shoppers and did not seem to enjoy being bothered with questions.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Louis Vuitton in Saks Fifth! I called the store the day before inquiring about a bag I wanted. The person on the phone said it will be available the next day. I went with my fiance after work the next day and I was greeted by an SA, but he never asked if needed help? I then tried to wait for somone else to assist me but it seemed that they had little staff and the man who greeted me wasnt doing anything. I asked if he can help me get the bag I wanted, he immediately said that its not in stock and it has been sold, he wanted me to go to the other LV store which was closing soon! After I said that someone told me there was one in the store he checked on the computer for the inventory. The computer indicated that there was one and he insisted the computer was wrong. Fortunately his coworker pulled out the bag and I was ready to buy.As I was purchasing the item with my Saks Fifth card for the points, there was a problem with it. This SA quickly got an attitude and after fixing the problem he was speaking to me in a obnoxious tone; as if Im wasting his time and probably wont be able to pay for this item. I then payed for the item with no hassel and he was rushing me out of there, slapping down my card on the table after swiping it and made me sign so fast I dont even know which receipt I even took. This rediculous behavior is unaaceptable, he didnt even ask me if I needed anything else! Im not the person to tolerate this kind treatment unless Im in the fish market! I called in my complain and they took it to considerstion, however no one should treated like this! He can deny his behavior to his manager all he wants because I know that Im being truthful and I wont stand for liars and people who dont want to treat you with respect!

First of all I went to New York with my boyfriend he was behind me luggage for Christmas the lady that waited on me and another sales person got into a big fight and I’m talking screaming yelling so embarrassing I got my luggage through the mail when I got it the beautiful box that it comes in was broken up I called them to see if I could get a new one so that I could store my luggage in the box that it comes in they said I would have to fly to New York to get another box they cannot help me Poor service absolutely the worst experience when you’re buying something this expensive none of it should ever happened and I didn’t even get an apology I think the company has gone very bad will never buy another thing from Louis Vuitton again and I own probably 10 bags they just lost a great customer
