We had an awful experience with this company. Its not a company, just a mix of phone answering service, middle man, and outside contractors. We placed a small order for glass and mirrors, paid a deposit, and were told that our glass would be installed within the next two DAYS. For two WEEKS we kept getting excuses and promises that the glass would arrive within the day. When we finally received some of the materials we purchased, the person delivering the glass had no knowledge of the promised installation and removal. Additionally, we still dont have any mirrors.Do not place any orders with this company, and do not give them any money. Terrible. They also show up online as 24 Hour Glass and Door Company

Ok. Here we are, 3 days before the closing on our house, and some disgruntled relative, an impolite person to be sure, hurls bricks through three of our thermal double-paned windows. I get a hold of Jason from NYC Glass and Door, he does his magic, and the nicest man in the world shows up, does everything we needed and we managed to complete our real estate transaction. It’s not cheap, but the alternative would have been carastrophic. You need a good commercial glass guy sometimes. 😀
