I am a property manager and have established a relationship with Dunrite a little over 3 years ago which was one of the best choices Ive made. Ulisse, Rosa and the entire Dunrite team always does their best to accommodate my requests for service and scheduling which is extremely important when dealing with our tenants. They are always polite and willing to help. Great company to work with!

I had needed to replace two custom sized mirrors, and needed them complete as soon as possible. The Dunrite team was very helpful and are all clearly very knowledgeable and skilled in these types of projects! I spoke with several glass companies in the area and am so happy with my choice to work with Dunrite. Their professionalism and kindness were refreshing and highly appreciated. I wish I had more stars to give!

I never write reviews...usually if I have an usual experience its bad and I just dont return. But this store is just great. They are honest, responsible people who do an amazing job. I had to replace two glass shelves that were broken long ago. Small job really, but they took so much care with me. Did the work when they said they would, called me when they said they would, and overall they just exemplify what customer service should be...all at reasonable prices. Id recommend this store anytime.

I really enjoyed my experience at this store. From the very beginning, the store owners son was very helpful with all my questions. I just bought a new dining room table and needed a custom made glass to protect it. The ordering process was smooth and the price was just right. I needed multiple windows fixed ASAP and they showed up in less than an hour, right in time for the city inspectors to verify they were working properly! Ulysses was awesome! explained everything and got it done!!! Will definitely call them again for a custom mirror!

From beginning to end, our experience with Dunrite Glass was excellent. Sal Sucato, our sales representative in Arizona, was personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with us as we worked through the selection of the appropriate window solution for us. We were going to seek bids from other companies, but canceled the appointments after Sals presentation.What was particularly helpful to us, since we live in a private community with a Homeowners Association, was that Sal had an existing positive working relationship with the association. He helped us complete all the required approval paperwork and navigate/expedite the approval process. As new homeowners, we really appreciated this.His team of installers did an excellent job, and the windows look beautiful! Though not inexpensive, the quality definitely shows, and we look forward to enjoying the benefits of more energy efficient windows in the hot desert summers.My husband and I highly recommend Dunrite and especially Sal Sucato, who oversaw the process flawlessly.

The customer service has gone down extensively. Ive done business with this shop in the past and have never experienced anything like it. In attempt to replace a broken mirror I felt more like a hamster in the wheel than a client. The woman who usually answers the phone was unable to give an estimate and stated the gentleman that does handles it had been gone for several weeks. After making arrangements to wait several days, just for an estimate I ran out of patience and decided to call the store. I ask to speak to the manager or store owner to express my frustration. However, I was told the manager was unable to come to the phone. More like unwilling....This only escalated into a very disturbing shouting match when I was finally asked to come into the store. A young male employee, who claims to be partial owner/manager is one of the most unpleasant, immature, disrespectful individuals Ive ever come across as a consumer. I was so appalled when he jumped on his knees (literally) to apologize in a very condescending manner.In short I will never recommend or patronize this establishment (and I use the term loosely). Never ever again!!! Not only did they try to overcharge my eighty-two year old grandmother. The recent experience puts them in a new category of ghetto.Save yourself a trip and do some research, there are tons of other local places that will perform the work for a fraction of the cost and headache.
