Absolutely the worst company to ever exist. With the employees not knowing anything, etc. My washing machine broke and I keep getting my appointment pushed back, workers just call out and employee did NOT inform clients, they just move the appointment. When you call the customer service line and you ask to speak with a manager you NEVER get a supervisor. Sickening.
