The store is well stocked. The customer service is excellent and very professional. The copy department is the BEST. They help you make the best decision and give you the best cost effective route. With all that being said your product ALWAYS look good. Kev is the most generous, community care giving individual. I hope in the future I could pay over the phone deposits or even full payment because I never had anything go wrong. I dont know what took me so long to write a review. I followed this business from two places and now here. EXCELLENT, RELIABLE, DEDICATED, PROFESSIONAL... I am Juanita Washingtons daughter. The services they offering its okay, but the services to the costumer not right at all. The elderly told a lady in the front, if she in hurry why dont go with me first her answer was so rough and with bad attitude. Also she didnt use mask, poor eye contact,when costumer ask questions she even dont wait even one minute, when costumer have to sent an a email to them. And she was had a serious face, she dont gives good impression. Next time I will sent my information by email from home and will pick up my stuff.
Kev’s copy has been in the community for years and they never disappoint with their service. Ms. Crystal took time with my dad to assist him with getting his papers printed. She was very patient and professional. Thank you Crystal and thank you Kev’s!!
Direct Print at 125th Street is the exemplar of an essential community service. Their staff are knowledgeable and advise neighborhood clients on the best, most affordable way to complete complex projects with impossibly short deadlines. So often, the tee shirts, posters, banners, and program booklets are associated with grief and painful loss in the community. The staff take this into consideration. I am lucky to have discovered Direct Print at 125th; they are my go-to for all printing needs.

I would give this business no stars! If you want to save your money and not waste it, do not come here!I needed files to be printed out, as Im having printer issues. I used them twice before and had no issues. Simply email them PDF versions of what I needed and they print it out. Not this time around.I emailed in the morning, and my sister went to pick up the print job. They didnt have it ready, as they werent aware of the email sent a couple of hours prior. My sister had no issue waiting. She received them and left. I looked over the documents: faded pages, pages missing, and we only received one copy of the files I asked to be printed. I called and spoke to this woman. She was unprofessional, rude, and kept making irrelevant statements, that had nothing to do with the issue at hand--a horrible service and not fully complete and we were charged. Finally, she was able to comprehend and said my sister could come back the next day, to exchange it at no cost.My sister showed up and that same woman said we would have to pay another $60 to have everything redone. She had the gall to say that employees dont read the email body, they only print out files. Um, what?! How would you know what the customer wants and how they want it done, if you dont read the request in the email?! My sister took back the print job and is now on her way to Village Copier on Amsterdam. Lovely and professional people. Also, theyre much cheaper.With Harlem being rapidly gentrified and local businesses are being impact greatly, I try to support them. Im rightfully scratching this one off my list. Do. Better. Were not made of money and we were coldly ripped off!
They get the job done. They will work with you to get your job done as quickly and professionally as possible. They are a wonderful and helpful part of the community.

I have been a customer of this business for over 20 years and have watched it evolve over time. I love the service that I receive and the price is right. Not many print shops exist in Harlem with a variety of services and products specially suited for local needs. I like the big brands prints shops, but also appreciate the local mom and pop shops, this is a local print shop run by local entrepreneurs and I find that they do the best they can to please their customers. I always leave happy, and when a mistake happens, which is bound to happen at some point, they react immediately looking for a solution. I really like not having to go far to get what I need. I must say that this is one of my favorite print shops in NYC.
Are you kidding me??? This place is ran like an inner city high school but adults. I understand it doesnt take a degree to work in a print shop but no one in here has the least bit of professionalism needed to deal with the public, especially in a business setting. Of course we can see the customer base reflects the leave of services. try to speak business with someone in here and its almost depressing to know youre talking to another adult.
I can walk in there right now and request a small print job and have it immediately.I can also request a larger job using their online services or by telephone and have it within the week depending on the print size and quantity with the specifications of the job.You will find that they can even print custom made t-shirts, mugs, banners and a good variety of other materials.Their staff are knowledgeable on a variety of products and services. Including specs for graphic designers like me.
I’ve placed an order in December and never received a confirmation. Not the first time this has happened.I called today and spoke to someone who informed me that they only take IN STORE orders which is not true because I’ve placed all my orders with the company through email.Which leads to my second point that it is extremely unprofessional to not inform clients or work out way with them. I’ve ordered a few times and the service is spotty depending on whose working the front desk.I do like the affordable prices on custom shirts and the no minimum but the trade off is spotty service and a lot of back and forth just to place an order.I reccomended actually having a policy that all customers are aware of and finding options to pay online and over the phone.
Excellent customer service. I had a custom shirt done in vinyl, plus it was a rush order. I am extremely happy with the excellent quality of the shirt. I got many compliments from other people on the quality. I highly recommend this place!

The worst customer service and management I will make sure the community is informed.I paid for the order ahead of time and received the order 3months later and it was incorrect try to reach the manager KEVIN many times and finally stated will send the correct ones never did!!!!
I placed an order on Monday shara told me my order would be ready on Tuesday afternoon and when I went to pick it up on Tuesday it wasnt ready so they told me come Thursday it would be ready....nothing they said come Friday it would be ready and nothing now today is Saturday and she tells me oh we told you we couldnt do one dog tag which no one never said they couldnt do it. worst experience of my life it was a Christmas gift and now the gift was never made. They advertise no job to small but couldnt even do 1 dog tag smh ...so disappointed in this black business

Had some shirts printed for my Childs Birthday. I worked with Jubba. I brought in and explained what I wanted and he was extremely nice and helpful. We exchanged 4 emails narrowing down corrections and getting it just right. Super quick turn around time! done 2 days later ahead of schedule . Price is right ! Work holds up!Excellent!Bravo!* Only do not expect meet and greet from the counter people those girls are unprofessional act like they dont want to be bothered
The Staff is here and there, but the price, printing and business cant be beat so Ill deal with it. The turn around time for things that have to go out are are pretty decent, so these are my go to guys for small jobs that need to be done on the same day, or orders that really need to come in 3 days or lucky enough the 2nd day

Not nice people at all. At the desk they seem to care of everything but the clients. No hello no bye.Even worst the guy downstairs who takes care of printing process. Bad attitude. It seems like paying them you just bother them.Only exception for the girl downstairs who makes the digital edits for the prints.She is the only one who deserves respect.
I couldnt wait to get here and write this review. Never have I experienced so much nonsense in my life as a consumer. After all is it my money I was spending right. First off I think the staff goes through a do not make eye contact course because they was all well versed in doing so. Second there is communication barrier that seems to be enforced by the invisible glass which covers the counter. I had what I thought was a clear conversation with the sales rep on a Monday. My items were surely guaranteed to me in a 4 day window after I freely forked over 50 percent deposit. Once I approved my job I then was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to be completed. Which would have push my guaranteed time to 6 day instead of 4. Once I spoke to the owner because no one wanted to act as the store manager on this one. He promise that job would be completed by 1:00pm the next business day. When I returned for pick the owner plead with me to understand that the workload was heavy on his end and that he would sure be done in another hour. The next attempt to pick up was 5 hour later and at this point my friend was told that some system had crashed and that it would be at least another 45 min. Which put them in a 15 minute window before closing. Finally the pick up was made and the job was 300 pieces short. Which would be ready for pick shortly there after. Actually the next day. This is a black owned and operated business and It would be against my belief to tell dont patronize. So I telling you play at your own risk. Search many other opinions before you walk in. The interior of the store is a twilight zone effect. You may think you are actually walking into an actual business
Amazing work and service! I needed a rush job for binding and after being turned away by Kinkos I stumbled upon direct printing who completed the job on the spot for a reasonable cost. Kevin thank you so much!!!
I have not used this place for printing, but they are my go to local source for folders and mailing envelopes. They are not always as economical or well stocked as Staples, but they are a lot closer, and I like supporting local businesses.

Worst service every time i come in i have to wait about 45 mins for 5 print outs the customer service is horrible i cant place a order and come pick it up smh i would stand in the back for 25 minutes before someone ask of i need help
BUYER BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I went there on Monday October 30, 2017 to get some t-shirts made for my 2017 NYC 26.2 mile Marathon Race. I place my order, give them the image I wanted on the t-shirts. I paid for the order in full all but $10 of an $130 bill. T-shirts was promise to be ready Nov 2, 2017 after 4pm. I provided one yellow dri fit t-shirt that I was to wear. They was providing the rest of the white t-shirt. When I left I called them to make a change. They had me on hold for more than 10min before some women came back to the phone with an attitude, as I was trying to explain the minor change I wanted to make. She rudely cut me off and said send an email. I said ok, hung up proceeded to email the change I wanted. I put in the email for someone to email be back to confirm that they received the email with changers. No response from them so I called them. Once again someone picked up with an attitude as I was explaining to her she told me to hold on. Ok, then after 8min on hold a man picks up I told him I was hold for someone to help me. I explained to him my situation he said let get find the email and call you back. He called back and said ok the change was no problem it will be done and finish on time. Well I go and pick up the t-shirts on Nov 3, not Nov 2, 2017. I checked the t-shirt and see that the yellow t-shirt was dirty in a few spots. The lady at the counter said that well since you have a $10 balance dont worry about it i dont have to pay the balance. Ok no problem I left and said I will wash the shirt in hope the dirt will come out. So on Saturday afternoon I started putting my clothes together that I would be wearing for the NYC Marathon and realize that there is a big mistake on my yellow dri fit t-shirt see pictures below. I called the store and once again some lady with an attitude answer and I explain to her my problem oh why did I do that because the attitude got worst. She tell me to bring the t-shirts back I explain that I cant bring the t-shirts back because I was in Pennsylvania resting up for the Marathon that I need to be at the start line in Staten Island NY at 5:30 AM the very next day Sunday Nov 5,2017. She said hold on, come back to the phone and said well Im sorry we cant help you. I said wait you cant help me. Told me they open at 9am the next day and to bring it in then. I was listening to anything I had to say about being in Staten Island at 5:30AM. One of the biggest moments of my life and you just going to side step the mistake you all just made. So I suggest why dont you go to Modells down the street and and get a yellow dri fit and reprint the one t-shirt over and I can get a family member who live in NYC come and pick it up, she put me on hold. When she came back to the phone she said well we will not being do that. Then she said, well you didnt pay the balance. Really $10 balance you worrying about that, where is the customer service. What about accommodating the customer. I really didnt see a big deal about going to Modells and getting another dri fit t-shirt after the mistake was youll faught. So much for doing business with a black own company in the community you grew up in. Never again will I ever go there for anything. I dont know how you stay in business with workers with such bad attitudes. I am glad there are other option for me that I dont have to ever go back there. Buyer beware stay away at all cost.
The customer service is terrible ..they took almost a hour to give me my order...125th driect print is horrible dont go there.. not to mention the attitudes on these women as if your not coming to spend your hard earned money. While standing there she couldnt even figure out my price for the shirts, mind you they are all on the wall..she starts to write any price. I hated it
Customer service sucks. The woman who answered the phone had me on hold twice, for a long time. I asked her for prices. She seemed to try to rush me off if the phone because she claimed to have 5 customers in front of her. I asked if there was anyone else there to answer my questions. I mentioned that I need customer service as well. For the third time, she had me on hold. Will take my business some place else.
