Went in this store to purchase an iPhone. After a few hours it stopped working! I was given no receipt for return. Had the worst experience ever! Stay away from this store. Stealing from customers is not an honest way of making a living. Im a law student and I promise this business will be closed.

Do not shop here. Two days ago my credit card fraud department contacted me about an $86.transaction. It was a fraudulent attempt to be paid twice by this store. I gave the store my credit card but they said it was rejected so I paid cash for the item. As soon as I left they tried to use my credit card but they must be red flagged because AmX contacted me first and declined their request. Stay away from them.

Dont buy anything from this shop given me the wrong lense and stop responding my phone call for replacement. they make customer fool

Awful experience!During a one day trip to NYC,i most unfortunately fell into the hands of these scammers!Bought a brookstones mini projector at 4 TIMES the price, only to find out at the JFK brookstone store that the item had been phased out, last sold at $120 (as against the $550 these crooks charged me), had no warranty nor touchscreen as they claimed.Had initial misgivings even bf I left the store, when they gave me a usb port for free, and did not want me to test the device there.i think many of those New York stores without price tags are fraudsters. PLS SPREAD THE WORD AND RUN THESE GUYS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
