The worst experience I have ever had doing business with someone. Three and a half months after I went to them my dine in menu was still not done. When I initially went here they told me it would take about three weeks, still longer than other places but they offer a good price. Took them over 2 months just to get the layout on my menu correct. Then nearly a month after everything was approve menu was still not printed. I called him three weeks ago and he said menu will be ready on Friday, I told him I would be busy and I can pick up on Monday. He texts me on Monday that its still not ready, but will be ready on Tuesday. I go on Tuesday and still not ready. So I go back one week later on Monday and still not ready. They have a no refund policy but given this terrible experience, they gave me my money back.My experience was very similar to another review.I dont know about the other review, but the review by Raymond is fake, he runs the operations there. Wouldnt surprise me if the rest of the review are fake.

Service attitude is terrible. At the beginning of the printing menu, it was completed in 2 weeks. I didnt call for reminders. After waiting for 4 months, the menu hasnt even come down. Its really bad.
