I was fooled. I thought this was a gelato place but when I arrived to Eataly & searched for Venchi, all I saw was chocolates & crepes at a stand. I was intrigued by the crepes so went to go order one & they said they weren’t making crepes today. Super disappointed. I ended up getting the gelato sold by Eataly, it was ok. Nothing to write home about. There’s not enough information online about this Venchi location so I hope it clears it up!

Nice hand made pastries and chocolate candies. Tasty but relatively expensive like everything in Eataly. The only good occasion to shop there is when they run a sale. Best place to buy Lavazza coffee when it goes on sales 2-3 times a year.

The services is just ok. They were cleaning their coffee machines at 9:20pm and told me that they will not make an espresso for me because the machine already cleaned, but they are still open until 10pm? Ridiculous price for chocolate candies and to be honest I dont like any of them anyway. We spent like $50 on the candies just to find out that we dont really like that kind of a chocolate. I think it has too much fat in it.

Chocolate lovers paradise. Lots of choices and gelato flavors of all kinds. Prices are a little high but worth the decadent choices.

Venchi has tasty chocolate treats. They also have Tiramisu, fresh, home made style. Gelato, mm mmm!

Any excuse for a Chocolate indulgence!! Its blissful here.
