This store/company is a joke. And they had multiple stores with different names. The owner and his sons run a scam business. They sell you cheaply made shoes at high prices. Once they break, and most do within a week, they blame everyone other than themselves, including you, the customer, and will never give a return. They have managers running the stores that have been there 20+ years and have no idea what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time shopping from them online. Once you get what you get, you’re stuck with it and your money is gone forever.

Every time I go to this factory store the shoes are amazing the way they feel and the prices are much lower than other stores carrying the same shoes plus they always have a giant selection in my size.

Bought shoes that broke the next day. When returning to the store to return, not only did they not agree to give me a refund, as a replacement they brought me a pair in a tattered box with shoes that were obviously tried on many times. The man at the cashier did not even agree to clean them a little. With no other option I left the store with these sub-par shoes never to return.

The sales associates were extremely helpful and patient. It was a busy day and they were still able to accommodate all of the customers. Love my new Miz Mooz shoes.

Really bad service - never again! 2.5 months ago I bought a pair of MizMooz leather boots. I had debated for weeks whether I should buy them, because they were above my budget (more than $160), but I fell in love with the color and the design. Also, I thought a high quality shoe would last me more than one season and therefore be worth it. 2 days ago I wanted to zip up my boot, and the zipper broke (came off on one side). This made the boots completely unusable (zipper goes from ankle to below the knee). I still had the receipt, and thought since I bought them at a supposedly high quality store they would surely offer me a new pair (they still had them at the store, even on sale). I took the boots to the store yesterday and showed the salesperson the broken zipper. He told me the manager wasnt in and I should come back the next day. I asked what time, he said 11am. I carried the boots to the store again during my lunch break today, and again, the manager wasnt there. The same salesperson, completely unapologetically, told me the manager was sick, and might be back in the afternoon. When I said that I wasnt happy about having to come in a third time, the girl at the cash register called (another?) manager on the phone, and then told me I could leave the boots and IF they decided they would pay for the repair they would call me. Then she said I likely handled the zipper not carefully enough (?!) and pointed at a sign with the store policy that said no returns after 7 days and without receipt, which does not apply to this situation at all. I told her I didnt think they were doing themselves a favor with this kind of service, and she said she doesnt care, she just works here. At this point I took my boots and left. I thought I would support a local designer and store, but with that service and quality, I should have better bought a $40 boot from amazon.

This is a must check out shoe store, because the styles are uniquely different. The quality of the leather is fantastic, the price point is relative to the value and the colors selections are amazing. However, my favorite part is how comfortable they are, I cant wait to grow my shoe collection with Miz Mooz shoes!

Infinity shoes ruined my daughters Christmas. I contacted them personally and chatted with a representative before ordering. I asked if regular shipping would get the shoes to me in time for Christmas or if I should expedite. She assured me all orders would be there in time for Christmas. Guess what? They didnt make it. When I contacted Customer Service, their response was We hire many temporary people for the holidays, so they dont always know when the items will get there. Well, maybe you should train them or take responsibility for them since they are representing your company. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
