Mostly nice except when they have something popularly desirable or rare. When you go to buy it youre told an arbitrary rule about how you cant buy it to go. Irritating games, Im less likely to go back after having been often.

This is simply one of the best places to get a beer (or more) and relax. I ended up spending more time here then I planned because of the great beer and even better staff. Phil and Mariah are amazing! Thank you!

Although glad they brought an everyday Philly scene to NYC, not happy about pups no longer allowed inside pups because of a supposed fight. Comeon dog owners, we need to do better. We did see another lady with a smaller dog that went inside after us and appeared to have been allowed to stay... BSL has no place in NYC!

What a place. Honestly if you are craving a chill night with a good beer this is where you should go every time. Staff is very friendly if you want them to be. There is skee ball in non-covid times which is a fantastic way to determine who pays for drinks. Simply the go to bar if you are around the area

Ive been to ~all the bottle shops in the city, and this one has a truly excellent selection. When I was there, they had Hills Farmstead on tap, how ridiculous is that?

Amazing addition to the area! Great rotating tap selection and a few hundred (not exaggerating!) bottles and cans in the fridge you can drink there or take home. Growlers to go as well! And free skeeball to top it all off!

This bar has the best beer selection on the east side and perhaps in all of Manhattan. If there is a style of beer or brewery you like, they almost certainly have it. The staff is extremely helpful and always willing to give you their personal opinions on different beers.

Cool place, very unique selection. I like it. This is my second time here . They have so many unique beers. And sours- my favorite . You can take home, or drink at the establishment. How perfect! Chose a growler 32 oz or 64 oz, and any beer in the bottle. The staff is really nice too

This place is great! Craft beer on tap (obviously). Nice, new place with free skee ball. Lots of craft beers in coolers to go (or stay). If you havent visited this hidden gem, you should.Also, no step to get in so good for strollers or wheelchairs.

Great spot for a quick drink or for picking up something nice! Small, cozy spot with about 12 beers on tap, but another 50 or so bottles and cans that can be enjoyed there or taken home. They have a huge focus on quality, and youll only find craft brews there. Theres also a special emphasis on local beers and you can find beers from the greater tri-state area prominently featured. Would highly recommend going for a quick and easy way to taste the best the city can offer.

Pricy, but great beer selection

Huge selection of beers to choose from. You can sit down and Crack em open there or take them to go. Prices are a little less if you take them to go. Nice bar, table tops & free skee ball. Plenty of TVs to watch too.

Free skee ball, good beer selection, pretty family friendly and prices on par with the neighborhood. A nice spot to work for a couple hours in the afternoon too, when taps are $2 off.

Great selection of beers, and one of the few places where they don’t charge bar prices if you’re going to take something home. They also do very reasonably priced crowlers/growlers. Great addition to the neighborhood

Nice if you’re in the area, but other similar beer varietal shops in the city are cheaper and carry larger selections—if selection/price are more important to you than location, I recommend going uptown to City Swiggers on 86th between 1st & 2nd ave.

Awesome craft beer bar. Wide selection on tal that they let you try. Crazy amount of bottles in the refrigerators. Skee ball and high top tables round the place out. Brightly lit and the music lower key for conversation. There was a funky smell when we were there, but I’ll chalk that up to all the beer.

Sweet spot for tasty cans in a neighborhood otherwise void of tasty beer.Drafts are not as adventurous as cans, and be ready to pay >$12 to drink a can on site, but beggars can’t be choosers in Gramercy.

Would be decent if not so overpriced. Both the drafts and cans/bottles are like 25% more expensive that other nearby comparable Manhattan Craft beer “bottle shops” like this. Good beer on St Marks, Milk & Hops on 9th Ave and 21st st and on UES, CityHops on 2nd Ave and 62nd St are all better.

Huge selection of carry away bottles and cans and growlers. Also can stay here and enjoy things from the coolers in the bar. 16 taps with a variety of local and regional beers. Important. There is skiball in the back!! Gramercy finally has a beer bar.
