I asked them to correct damage to a powder coated item that had been dropped. They matched both color and texture incredibly well. They did this in a timely fashion, were incredibly helpful. Communication was superb and did it all at a reasonable price. If I ever need paint work again, I will choose Proformance. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Great professional shop. Had some rare 94 STI wheels that were hard to refurbish due to it being a 2 piece wheel welded together. The shops I went to near Colorado could not refurbish it for me. Decided to bring them to Proformance Industries on an east coast road trip and Im glad I did.They turned out fantastic and they were able to get them done before I had to go back to Colorado. The minute they started to look at the wheels they started discussing various ideas and plans on how to refurbish them.5/5, If you need wheels to be refurbished and fixed, this is the place to go. I was recommended proformance from a couple of people and upon entering I felt welcomed and knew I was at the right place. I had a cracked rim that I was pretty sure it couldnt be fixed which they confirmed but they were able to get me a new one when other shops told me they wouldnt sell me just 1 rim. I will always come here for any of the services that they provide and will always recommend them!

Guys at Proformance industries are phenomenal. For someone being in the business it means a lot. They have fixed dozens of wheels for me with outstanding results. This should be the only shop you visit for all your wheel repairs and needs along with autobody work.

I was looking for a local shop to fixed one my Wheel, all of them told me that the wheel couldnt be fixed, i have to get a new one. I called Proformance, they told me to bring the wheel to see what can be done, i dropped the wheel around 10:00am they called me back by 1:00pm to pick it up. OMG i couldnt believe it, Wheel was like brand new. George is the real deal, great customer service. If you are looking for excellent, impeccable work this is the place to go, it worth the drive.

Will was able to straighten a wheel that others had given up for lost. Allowed me to keep using my impossible to replace 15x6 SSR. Very skilled.

Found this shop after a blowout bent my rims. George was great, he walked me through my options and broke down pricing. I chose to have my rims straightened and powder coated Gloss black to take care of some curb rash. Rims came out perfect and gave my car a more aggressive look. These guys took my heavily modified mercedes that took a crack in the wheel from a pothole and did EXCELLENT work reparing all 4 rims and restyling them for HALF the cost of new ones ($5000 of savings) . Highly recommended. Also held my car during the winter (cracked in december) in his heated garage which Im totally OCD about...great service!!! Will return...

Five stars isnt enough. So lucky to have Will and his team in my neighborhood. This is not your run of the mill tire shop where you need to just slap on new tires for your crossover/minivan/sport ute. If you baby your car and awful metro area roads ding up your wheels or worse, Proformance will treat your car as good if not better than you do. Im no expert on cost shopping wheel/tire services because when you consider the quality of the work, attention to detail and not having to worry about rework, they are worth every penny.

Found out about this place on YouTube. Took my wheels to be straightened and was informed I needed new rear tires as well – mine were worn nearly to the threads on the inside edge. The folks at Performance industries were able to get me a new set of tires from a local supplier and have them installed within a few of hours.Car is back to rolling smooth, I’d highly recommend these folks!

Only place to get your wheels refinished and repaired in NY. If you live out of state, send them the wheels. No place is more honest or has higher quality of work. If they say the wheel cant be fixed, dont go elsewhere to have someone try because it will likely fail on you at the worst time. Ask for Will. He knows his stuff.

My wheels were bent and I had no idea where to go. I came here because of the great ratings and I can confirm this place takes care of their customers! I showed up without an appointment (not knowing I needed one) and Mario checked out my wheels, gave me an honest assessment, had an employee test my wheels and fix them. I stayed at the shop for about two hours and I was done. Mario and the employee were patient, educational, and honest. I even got a discount! I highly recommend this place.

If i could give 10 stars, i would. i read the reviews and thought how can a place have ALL 5 star reviews? cant be real..... It is for real. Mario and his guys are class acts. they do impeccable work, fast, and extremely reasonably priced. HIGHLY reccommend this place!!!!

By far one the best rim repair shops in the industry. I recently had my 2015 Audi S3 w/ 19 rims repaired by Mario and his team, and I have to say the level of professionalism, education, and honesty when it came to fixing my bent rims blew me away. After a over a decade of going to this place it’s over. I’ve been in the car business for 15 years myself I was taken by the lack of integrity. I dropped off some small pieces of aluminum to be powder coated a few weeks ago...$130!??After being told $50-60 and walking into this. Owner was not willing to uphold any prior convo with employees of his, even as a gesture of being a customer over the years and offering no empathy.Working in the automotive business for almost 15 year, I was more than willing to have a conversation to make an agreement for the confusion to pay from one respectful professional to another. However, I was just told the “non posted” or ever indicated minimum of $80 for powder coating anything. Perhaps this should be posted somewhere to keep people honest and integral.After waiting nearly 20 min I paid and left, be the last time unfortunately.Great work...not great customer service.

As someone who has had bodywork done by Proformance multiple times and even sent other customers there, I expected MUCH more professional work from them. As an introduction, my car was hit in the driver side rear quarter panel and I gave it to Proformance to repair the damage. I was unfortunately out of state for a few months and so I was unable to pick up the car myself. When I arrived home and saw the car, I was in shock of how bad the bodywork was. It made no sense to me that Proformance could do such poor bodywork. Initially it seemed like they had forgotten to wetsand, but after looking closer there were many more issues. The color match of the car was way off, the painted areas had almost no shine to them whatsoever, there were tape lines in the paintwork, drips on the door and even raised circles from where they drilled the car to pull the panel and failed to finish the bondo properly. After contacting Mario, I was told multiple times that he would do the job over again for no charge and pay for the cars transport. Now a long time later, I have made five or six attempts and left messages for Proformance, and they have not returned a single call. The cars resale value is now being poorly affected by the horrible bodywork on the drivers side and Proformance still does not return any of my calls. I will be updating this review soon with pictures of the nightmarish body and paint work.

Bent wheels are no issues for these guys. drop off your bent wheel, they work their magic, and you get your wheel in return looking like it was never bent to begin with. all for a reasonable price.

Went to proformance industries for wheel straightening. Dropped car off at 8:30 ish was told it may be ready at Noon or may take longer but not longer than a day. They close at 5 so i was hoping it wouldnt take that long. took a ten minute walk into town. minutes later they called and said i needed a new tire on wheel that needed work. Long story short. I was expecting a slight improvements but was pleasantly surprised as i drove home it felt like a new car. No more wheel wobble or vibrations.. Was finally able to take car over 60 mph and feel confident.. If u go somewhere else UR NUTS...... BEST MONEY IVE SPENT ON MY CAR IN A YEAR....
