The very best dealer in the area! Highly recommended.
The man of the hour is Brandon. He’s so great at his job in the service department!! I feel like family whenever he is Around. And no matter what I bring my car in for, he makes sure it gets and exterior detail.
I sold my Mini Cooper S to the dealership through Autonation. Autonation was great and easy to use. But the representatives at this dealership- Jaguar Larchmont/New Rochelle were not helpful. I was advised that the sale of the car would take 45-90 minutes. I arrived at 3:30pm and left at 6:30pm after hearing 5 more minutes way too many times. I was supposed to be heading directly to a different dealership to pick up my car, but they took so long to make the deal- that I had to cancel that pick up and rearrange things for another day (now without a ride and with a poor friend who had to wait for me in the parking lot for 2 hours). If this was the worst part, I would have moved on. Buying/selling cars always takes more time than they say. But I had mistakenly left my garage door opener in my car when I sold it. It was my mistake - I get it. If they told me it was unrecoverable, I would have moved on quickly. But I called the very next morning once I realized. They said they would look for it, it happens all the time, and it wasnt a problem. I called back before closing and Ryan, one of the salesmen who helped with the sale of the Mini, said he had it. He told me he would mail it to me the next day.A week later, I called to inquire about the status and was told they didnt have it at all. Told me they would call down and have someone check, have the GM check, blah blah blah, and they would call me to let me know. At this point, I knew they didnt care anymore. They never called back. I called again and left a message on their vociemail. I emailed. Never received a callback or an email response. I called the next day and spoke to a different salesman who said he would look into it for me. Finally, two weeks after the sale - I was told by the original salesman Ryan, that I must have the garage door opener in a briefcase at home... I had called and told them exactly where it was less than 24 hours after I made the sale and they told me they had it, but that apparently was a mistake... also, it was my only way in and out of the garage, so I definitely had it exactly where it always was- in the car... not in a briefcase in my home.Long story short - terrible service, they give you the run around instead of being straightforward, and everything takes way longer than it should.
