Store is very neat and stocked. Was not crowded at all. It was a pleasant shopping trip. Produce was very fresh and appealing. Cashiers were nice and helpful. Great place to shop for your groceries.

The bag boy at aisle 4 on July 1st, 2021 at approximately 8:27 am. Completely left out 5 of my items. The following is a list of the items left out. 3 Bang energy drinks with the flavors being 1 wyldin watermelon, 2 strawberry delish kiss. 2 Bolthouse farms protein drinks, with the flavors being 1 Chai tea, 1 Arabica coffee. Its not hard to bag items and put it in a customers cart. With the total being roughly $15. You basically robbed me of $11. I wont forget this anytime soon. Last time I am cordial with these people. This isnt the first time. The casher was good but that bag boy needs to go.Update/Edit: While this shouldnt have happened in the first place they have remedied the issue. Bringing it from a 1 star to a 3 star.

The new pharmacy manager (who recently transfered here)is AMAZING! We feel so blessed to have her. She really cares about the customers. She always goes above and beyond!

I used the pharmacy for the first and last time this week. They told me they’d call when my script was filled, when I called back the next day the same employee told me they had no script on file. I was confused and they gave me attitude instead of helping me understand what happened. Unorganized and unpleasant..

New pharmacy manager is horrible. Shes slower than Methuselah. The pharmacy is a mess. Half our perscriptions dont have labels on them. Ive never seen it run so poorly. Where ever she came from, you need to send her back.

I normally visit this store between 7:00-10:00 P.M. due to my work schedule. Each time I come to this store there is only one person checking customers out and 5-6 employees standing around watching the line get longer and longer. Ive literally seen 10-12 people in line and no one seems to care or to want to help. It’s extremely frustrating especially when you’re only grabbing one or two items.

I went into Winn Dixie today to fill a prescription and got the worst customer service ever! There were two gray haired women with glasses and they were utterly nasty and acted like they didnt want to wait on us. They slammed the meds on the counter, slammed paperwork on the counter and their attitudes were snooty. We will not be going to this Winn Dixie ever. We tried presenting the Good Rx app to them and they acted mean. Please leave your bad attitudes at the door before you deal with customers. We do not deserve it.

Your standard Winn-Dixie. Good prices on food the staff is friendly. The store has a little run-down and can use a facelift. Other than that Winn-Dixie has great prices and good quality meats. not to mention their rotisserie chicken for five bucks is a great deal and is really delicious.

The only reason we went here was convenience. Its in close proximity to the other places we had to go. Im not a bad fan of Winn Dixie, but for quick item pick ups, its OK.Prices are a bit high on some items, and some are lower. Guess it just depends on what you are looking for at the time.The store is clean, friendly staff, produce looks amazingly fresh. Meat department products looked a little scary, some of which had brownish green spots on them. But it is the weekend, so Im sure come Monday morning it will be removed, hopefully!

Average experience, average store. This chain doesnt seem to want to stand out amongst its peers (looking at you Publix!) Prices arent bad. Customer service isnt amazing. Meat counter in the back is helpful most of the time though. Shopping here is a matter of convenience from my home.

This place is far from being clean. Their produce is not too great, their tomatoes are just sitting there rotting. The deli people look at each other to see who offers to wait on the customer. The people that work there always have an attitude and God forbid you ask the managers if they are hiring. Cashiers look upset when they see someone coming to their register, like they are being bothered. No hello, nor goodbye or have a great day, nor thank you! There is only two cashiers open plus the customer service desk. Lady that works the customer service desk thinks she owns Winn Dixie. The company needs to be more diverse. Maybe more training for these managers. Very bad experience at this Winn Dixie. If nothing is said, nothing will be done.

Friendly experts that make my shopping; easy, fun, and not a chore. I look forward to my every other day shopping hobby. Thank you everyone at that store! From the managers (who are out in their store on top of things and will jump in on register if need be. Anything to make my experience the best there possible.) I am always a little disappointed when I find more beer/wine than fresh produce. Florida is saturated with alcohol. I wish their corporate policy were about nourishing families instead of profit. You may as well buy cigarette at the pharmacy.

Have not been in winndixie in years . Now I remember why. The store is full of grumpy people even the manager had a bad attitude. The cashier was friendly probably because she said I was her least customer she is going home, the fried chicken was the driest I have ever had. Other than that Keep smiling life is AWESOME!

I was living in South Carolina and all they had were Food Lion grocery stores. I didnt care for that store at all. It was great to be able to shop in a Winn Dixie store again. I love their prices.

For as much as they make on their “buy one get one free” when they actually just double the price you would think they would have a decent bathroom. In the entire city of new port Richey this is the MOST DISGUSTING bathroom I have been in and that says a lot.

Only place I can find natural bliss cold brew mocha iced coffee. Omg, its amazing. Just get a glass of ice and pour. The most amazing cold brew, sweetened, with milk and cream included. On sale for $4.99. At Starbucks youd pay that for one drink. 💖

This is one of the cleanest Winn Dixie stores that I have ever shopped at.From the Produce Department to the Bakery,you will be impressed in your shopping experience there.Employees in every department are always friendly and quick to help you with anything you need.Even the cashiers at checkout are very friendly and efficient.Oh,and in case you didnt know,the delis fried chicken is a real treat!

New Port Richey Winn-Dixie. This one particular I like its an old school Winn-Dixie its clean its nice the people are good or talkative the kind. I moved up here from lower St Pete. Where people were okay but stores where okay. But I like him better up here.

The only reason I ever come here is if they have something on sale that I want. The sales are wonderful, otherwise the prices are usually higher than most other supermarkets around. The area is not the nicest either. There are always people standing outside the door waiting to ask you for money. I dont feel too safe here.

There is one lady who works at this pharmacy.she has blonde hair . wares glasses .she is really rude . has a very bad attitude to my wife.. very obnoxious .. the other night my was trying to get a couple of prescriptions filled . and because she was all alone . she was getting in my wifes face . who in the heck does she think she is .. and this isnt the first time .. so we are transferring our business to another place .also Im calling there corporate office to file a complaint about her . enough is enough .this is our story for anyone interested ....

Smaller store and lesser selection of items. Noticed many items within the freezer section that didnt belong (i.e. bananas, bread) someone to lazy to take them back or turn into cashier. Also noticed open packages of ice cream apparently someone helped themselves without paying.There was an employee stocking the veggie section. The cart was blocking a section with greens. He saw I was trying to get to that section and never moved or apologized for blocking a customer from purchasing the store goods.

I shop this Winn Dixie often & every time & I mean every time I go to the Deli I as well as others stand there with absolutely Zero acknowledgement from the staff they will walk right past you going about their business and then when they finally act like they see you they act like you’re bothering them & you’ve inconvenienced them just having to serve you & Im sick of it!!! I hope management reads this & Im sure I’m not alone in my thoughts & fires some of those rude lazy deli workers & that’s why #ShoppingPubixIsAPleasure

Pharmacy staff was polite and friendly. Parking lot is a big concern. Watched people sitting on the sidewalk getting high. Yes it was reported.

They never have things I need and they dont seem untested in getting them.I mean its really slim Pickens there. I will say that the cashiers are all nice and friendly. And the place is clean from what I see..

I shop at this store quite often. It is close to home and convenient to get to. Its biggest downside is it is perpetually understaffed. No matter the time of it is in need of at least one more checkout lane. Sales are usually pretty good, however, so it is often worth the wait.

They generally have very good deals, and most of the staff especially the GM are so friendly and helpful even when people are being rude to them. This is by far my favorite Winn Dixie location, I guess the only downside is line for customer service can take a while. As a whole this and save a lot are my two go to grocery stores in New Port Richey

The worst Winn-Dixie around. Shopping the other day and saw a two 10 year old children riding around on a motorized shopping cart. To make it worst, their mother was allowing it. Reported it to the manager and he did nothing. The store has no $ 1.00 isle where every item is a dollar like the other stores have. The deli is horrible for service, rude. All the drunks pull right up te the liquor store and block the entrance all the time while the handicapped park in the yard and have to walk around their cars to enter the store. Also blocking the Dollar Tree entrance. I live very close but will not shop there anymore I shop in the Holiday stores. Bigger, cleaning, better stocked & nicer checkers and better delis. UPDATE--- Went back for a quick single item I was short for my dinner because it is close to my house and Ill no longer step foot in this store again. If You cant protect your customers or employees during a Pandemic with mandatory masks, Im done. Too many options to put my life at risk. The manages could care less in this store about anybody. Like I said before, the worst Winn Dic in the town.

Amazing location next to the recreation center, well lit, low prices, yummy shrimp. We would go here every week for the sales. The only issue I had was, while they have a section in the ethnic isle that is labeled Brazilian there is literally NO Brazilian food in it. I complained to the manager who said it was not possible or probable to remedy the situation.

Moldy products, on things that are not out of date. Also have to keep and eye out for out dated products that they have on their shelves. When I told the Deli manager that the goat cheese I purchased was moldy and all the products in the case where also moldy she said, I cant take it off the shelves we will lose money.

Nice little store. Prices arent bad. They carry Totinos pizzas with sausage, which I can rarely find anywhere else. Their meat is good, too.

They were pretty well stocked, cashier very friendly and fast. At least this time they had more registers open. Normally I dont like shopping there not enough cashiers or registers open. Today was really good.

Fair pricing. Seemed to be a clean store compared to the location. Just stopped in to grab some items for dinner. Organization of isles made zero sense my only negative.

Called pharmacy to get a price on a prescription, pharmacist put me on hold then came back on and informed she was to busy to help me and look it up on good rx. I tried to explain i wanted their cash proce cuz last time their price was cheaper then good rx, but, she hung up on me. So if I had been there in person would they have been to busy to help me? Produce is HORRIBLE. Potatoes are always bad, peppers modeling on the shelf. Store is just old and dingy in need of a remodel desperately. Most of the staff i usually nice especially manager Susan. She is awesome. However, deli staff? Couldnt be bothered to wait on you. They will look at you then go back to what they were doing. They will get annoyed when they look up and see you still standing there. The ONLY reason i shop here is its literally 2 minutes from my house.

First time in this store in a very long time. I loved walking in and seeing the fall pumpkins and smelling the cinnamon brooms. Put me in a good mood.

This used to be my favorite grocery store and when the General Manager is in it still is, but when assist. Manager Thomas is in I refuse to shop here, he is rude with absolutely no tact he and CSR Simone work together when on duty to run people away from customer service to do less work. This happened on many separate occasions and Im done I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but literally everytime I or anyone I know go and those 2 are there its always a bad experience.

I enjoy shopping at winn dixie especially taking part in there fuel rewards program since i only use shell in both my cars. Glad they brung it back to shell from exxon. Didnt take part in their plenti fuel rewards. This store i gave a 4 star. Location is a little active being on congress ave with some sketchy people but its the closest to my house Besides location the employees are very friendly and helpful and i like that they have cashiers and not self checkouts. Also this store is kind of due for a remodel. Not thats its in bad shape but its a little dim feeling.

Excellent location for major grocery chain serving the off the main streem customers. Clean store and packed for a medium store. Deli product and hot food bar along with salad bar and dinner plates. Your not going to beat Wal-Mart prices but its a good alternative to driving across town.

While waiting in line to use western union the couple infront of me was already being helped when i walked up..i was starting there for atleast 15mins. The customer behind me had left because of the waiting. I had not been acknowledged in anyway there was no hey welcome we will be with you in a minute or anything..I understand dealing with an issue but atleast show some kind of courtesy..First time at this location will not be back..Atleast the younger girl had some type of sympathy

Winn-Dixie is usually pretty good but not for some reason I dont know if it would food stamp night or what but they had two registers and 500 people normally not a problem tonight was terrible waited almost 30 minutes in line just to check out with five items

Every time I get the .89 can of tuna, the cans are always sticky. This has been going on for more than six months. Ive let the mgr know at least 5 times. Their prices are high on many of items and now theyve implemented a buy 2 get 1 program that certainly doesnt help those on tight budgets. Seriously thinking Publix may end up getting my business full time.

Winn Dixies staff is knowledgeable, polite, and personable.On Saturday June 29th I was at Winn waiting for my ride. A lovely young woman named Juana asked if I needed a ride. She offered to pay for and contact UBER. So while I dont have a picture worth a 1000 words I think this act speaks volumes for Winn Dixie. Juana was working in the deli and couldnt have been more friendly and pleasant. Im sure giving customers UBER rides is above and beyond job description. But thats just a sample of what you will find at their store!

Not taking the old wd discount card any more. They make you sign up for some new discount plan that to signing up doesnt activate it you have got to go online and fill out another page-and-a-half of questionnaire.
