It’s very clean. They have good prices and a lot of helpful people. The Deli area slow because of being short staffed but if you order online ahead it’s so much quicker. I would advise to come before 12:00pm because it gets really busy fast. If you want your trip to be quick I would suggest coming before 10am. Overall experience was awesome.

My very own Publix just around the corner. Just like all of them, they adapt to buying trends and all it takes is asking customer service to have something in stock just for you. They’ll put that on the shelves and if it sells, it stays. However…no matter what you want, they’ll get it. I just wish they’d offer this more for their customers. Everything else is top notch as usual. The bakery and deli and pharmacy and everything else are just perfect! Enjoy your shopping treat at this Publix? PS - Never hurts, like anywhere else, to ask when a particular produce was brought in and when the new stuff will be coming in. It can happen anywhere but I don’t expect my fresh produce to turn bad on a Tuesday when I purchased it on Sunday for the week. That has happened more times than I care to comment on. Like every business and all of us personally, continuous room for improvement. They’ve got it tho. They’ll take this feedback and make it better; even ensure scenarios like this do not happen again. That’s preventative. Fingers crossed. I’m watching this time.

Like every other Publix, its overpriced. The service is good but sometimes rather uncoordinated. This is particularly true at the sub sandwich bar. Convenient location is its biggest value.

Great and friendly staff, their fried chicken wings are amazing! The batter is almost like Popeyes! This will be my go to wings spot.

MASK RULE NOT ENFORCED despite LARGE sign PLAINLY posted BEFORE you walk in.I counted NINE people blatantly ignoring the LEGALLY REQUIRED rule.If its LEGALLY REQUIRED by being posted, a business is LEGALLY REQUIRED to enforce it for the safety of all.The ONLY exception is IF a business DOES NOT have such a requirement posted.One Publix manager was walking around with a young man...with no mask.I dont care how many COVID-19 shots a person gets, THEY ARE NOT A CURE!They simply increase your chances of survival should you get COVID and are in good enough health for your body to work with the vaccine to fight it off.VERY DISAPPOINTED and feel as if Publix does NOT care about my health or safety.

Love the food. Sara over at the deli was super rude. Don’t usually leave reviews for a bad experience unless it’s egregious. But had to for this one. Even put me in a bad mood. 3 stars because food was good.

Extremely rude bakery staff. Always seems so annoyed to help. Never a smile on their face. The workers just seem “there” like they’re counting down the minutes to leave.

This Publix is the worst on keeping things in stock and especially customer service. The teenagers than run the registers at the front think everyone owes them something and think they are to cool to say hello and be friendly. Only Publix were teens act this way. I will drive further for better service. Rivercrossing is like night and day.

Got my (2nd) Covid-19 vaccine. Had an appt but still took way over an hours wait time! Terrible. Obviously over booking themselves. I would recommend going to Walgreens, CVS, Walmart or any where else to get your vaccine unless you want to sit & wait.

The Riverwalk Crossing Publix is my number one to place for groceries. The meats and produce there is always top quality, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me and its always a pleasure to shop there. I can always find plenty of sale items as well.

On todays visit to publix I was greeted with a smile at the door. While shopping I needed help and couldnt find anyone so I went to customer service. The older blond haired woman came right away to assist me, again with a smile. I was absolutely winded leaving and had to stop and take a hit of my inhaler. I have a pulminary condition that is Exacerbated by a recent heart procedure. I will not speculate, Im not sure if the bagger coming to the door with me feared the epidemic, or if I misunderstood him. But I was left at the door by him. I had no help and no breathe. While in the parking lot down the aisle a young man Nicolas was loading another car. He grabbed some carts and came my way when he was done. I put my hand up, he came right over and asked if he could help. He finished loading my car then asked if he could help with anything else. He was polite and wonderful. Something I have come to expect from my neighborhood publix. Publix an awesome place to shop regardless of ethnicity, neighborhood or job.

I went today with my wife to pick up some things at deli, seafood, pork ribs, etc..You can see in this photo, at the bottom left, is a hand sanitizer stand. The ONLY ONE available to us in the entire store.I asked 3 separate associates in the store where the closest hand sanitizer was. All 3 employees say this one is it now.Budget cuts on sanitizer again?
