If you want the most amazing highly flavorful fresh burrito then go here! Portion is huge but it’s so good you manage to eat the whole thing! Their homemade salsas are so good you could eat them by themselves!If you come early on a weekend you may score some homemade tamales. They are awesome!! Look for the coolers near the checkout counter.

Great place to get fresh tamales and fresh tortillas but I believe they only do these Friday-Sunday though there is a full service mexican restaurant in the back of the store.

The food here is amazing.

My experience here wasnt so great. I came in for some peppers (which they had). The lady I asked instantly gave me attitude and said all they had was jalepenos (in the cooler). I looked around a bit more and asked the man behind the glass, he directed me to the peppers I was looking for. After seeing I spoke with the man about them, the dirty looks and attitude continued up until I checked out.

Gringo here, but I love trying all sorts of ethnic places. This has the most homey mexican food Ive ever tasted. Its not americanized like many taco or burrito joints around. You can tell youre doing something right when youre the only white person in there.The Sopes are FANTASTIC and the price is excellent.They also are sell meats, vegetables, cheeses and fruits, but I primarily go for the prepared food. The owner, David, really knows how to run the place and treat customers.

My father was deported to Mexico.The owner of this store tells my Mom the machine to send money to ixmaquilpan is broken and on another occasion would not allow us to send money to our Dad...He said I needed to be 18...That is not true...
