This is by far the best Liquor store in the area. Twice they have gone out of their way to make my purchase beyond convenient. Today as I am writing this review they are delivering my last minute order IN THE STORMING RAIN!. We did tell them it could wait until after. However, they insisted on delivering right away. I am beyond pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking Beer, Wine, Liquor, etc.

Love everyone that works here. They are always helpful and happy. Tasted a new margarita mix last Friday night - RIPE. It’s just juice & organic agave. Makes the best cocktails. We can’t stop mixing it with everything - Ghost Tequila for a spicy margarita, Haydens Mango for a fresh easy to drink refreshing cocktail - even mixed it with vanilla vodka & it tasted like a key lime martini. Do yourself & your loved ones a favor and buy a bottle. You will NEVER go back to the shelf stuff that is all sugar & chemicals.

I ordered delivery from them for first time. I had to call to find out what was going on. Website NEEDS to be fixed. If I didnt call I would not have known order was coming in later (3pm) which they never stated instead of between 11-12pm.

The guy that works there is very rude and ignorant. I was out all day, it was hot out so before going home I figured I would stop and grab some beer. Well, I didnt want to leave my little dog in the car and there was no pets allowed sign hanging up so I brought him Oliver in with me. The guy that works there was so rude to me about bringing my dog in there that I will never be back again. All he could have said was we do not allow dogs in here ... but no, instead he proceeded to tell me that if he saw me walk in here, he would have asked me to leave. After the 3rd time of him talking about it, I already made up my mind, ok spend my money else where. He was super agitated that he didnt catch me walking by him the first time... I definitely will never be back here again just because how this guy handled the situation. Also, I think not letting homeless men sleep around the entry door would probably be ideal

Two liquor bottles stuck together. One fell and broke. Not my fault in the least. They made me pay for the broken bottle. Wont be going back.Edit to reply - what part of bottles literally stuck together do you not understand. Not my fault the bottle broke. Will make sure everyone I know knows not to shop here.

Massive store with a massive, reasonably priced selection of liquor, domestic / craft beer, and wine. Employees are all cheerful and are willing to help you with whatever youll need. Delivery is also available as well as certain requests. Cant recommend the coastal wine and liquor brand anymore, theyre great!

I really like the helpfulness of the people. They will order items for you.and deliver. That is no boy by the register, he has to be 21 to check you out. I have been countless times. That boy has help me so me get stuff to my car. Bothboys are very courteous and helpful. Perhaps if you really did not match the barbodes. It is not the stores fault that another customer likely put down a unwanted item. You sound like someone who tried to take advantage of the store and got upset when they knew better. I managed retail for 35 yrs I know my share of people who just that. A retailer is also not responsible for misprints or obvious pricing errors.

This is a message to store management that may also have some minor value to future customers, but probably not.Im not a professional, so I tend to only buy alcohol one or two times a month. I keep a small bar stocked in my house for family and friends. I spend on average $120 a month. Over the past two years Ive been finding myself more and more frequently at Coastal. Id say 4 out of 5 liquor purchases, with the 5th purchase taking me to B-21 for specialty items not carried in Coastals somewhat limited inventory.Last week, I stopped in with a friend for a pandemic hunker down buy. Included in our haul was a bottle of Bushmills for the ridiculous half price of 19.99. Today I noticed the level of that bottle getting dangerously low, due to excessive hunkering. I drove 4 miles, passing my old go-to liquor store which is only half mile from home, put my virus protective uniform on, walked up to the Bushmills display, read the sign “Reg. Price 39.99 / 20.00 off / Sale Price 19.99”, grabbed two bottles and slithered up to the register. The cashier rang them up at normal price and told me the sale ended yesterday. I mention the sign and brought it to the register. The cashier took the sign, folded it in half and said the sale ended yesterday. I left empty handed and drove 3.5 miles to my old go-to liquor store. Thank you Coastal, for helping me reduce my carbon footprint. 1 mile roundtrip is better than 8 mile roundtrip. 168 miles a years saved!Honoring pricing on signage for expired sales is pretty much a universally accepted practice in retail except for maybe car dealerships, those folks would eat their children if it was legal.Fortunately for yall most consumers dont have the same principles. I havent bought gas at an Exxon since the Valdez dumped oil on the Alaskan coast and stopped buying Mobile once the two companies merged. Im a freak.Id like to leave a 3 or 4 star rating because this place really is just fine, but I feel this message might get overlooked. Im going with 2 stars, because 1 star ratings are almost mostly posted by crybabies and I dont want to be lumped in with those fools. Like the lady who brought her doggie into the store... boohoohoo.

This place is great!!!!The employees are so nice, and they have great prices. What ever kind of alcohol you need, this place will have it. And they also sell cigarettes, cigars, soda, etc. So its a one stop shop for all your festivities.

Wont sell at MARKED prices! 24 pak of yuengling is MARKED on the cooler shelf $19.99. RUDE boy at register refused the price. Over charged on marked price of Mikes Lemonade as well. I have frequented this place in the past, the women are always pleasant. The boy at the register is just RUDE. Yall lost a customer over 3 dollars and rudeness. I will never come back. BTW, this is the SECOND time HE wouldnt sell at the price marked. I am DONE! I suggested changing the price the first time, he was flippant.
