We were in the market for a new mattress after using memory foam for too many years. We met Jackie, who was straightforward and nice. She helped us find the comfort level we were looking for and let us test every possible bed within our budget. We found one that we loved and made the purchase. The process was smooth and easy, and we saved $700 between the two promos they had going on - a free adjustable base and a queen for the size of a twin deal. I am very happy with the process, and we cant wait to sleep on our new bed!!

Richard was extremely helpful. All I needed was two twin XL box springs. But I didn’t know which one to get. He steered me in the right direction by having me purchase the 9” and I’m definitely glad I did. The 5” would have been too short. And I couldn’t believe they could be delivered the next day! All my recent furniture purchases have had to be scheduled weeks ahead because of not being in stock. I’m very glad a friend suggested Mattress Firm!

I asked Google for South side waterbeds, they gave me this company. When I checked products out and I talked about Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I search their website for Southside waterbeds, I still ended up at Tempur-Pedic mattresses. So what Im looking for a South side waterbed in a company like this advertises that they have it on Google well why would I buy from them because they dont have it

Awesome awesome awesome. Customer for life. Bought a top of the line mattress over a yr ago. Got it home and didn’t sleep well. They offered a free exchange. Picked my old mattress up and brought me a new one I picked out. Almost a yr later I returned to the store to see if I had any credit I could use to turn in my old mattress for something else. My fiancé felt my mattress was to soft. I expected them to say sorry you already did our one time exchange and we can offer you $1000 for your old mattress. Anyways we looked ard and found something she liked. When we were doing the paperwork the sales associate said your getting a refund of $550. What? Yes they gave me full purchase price for my mattress and are delivering my new mattress this weekend. Wow. Talk about going above and beyond. The manager happened to be in the store at that time and approved the exchange. Talk about customer service!!!!!! That’s been lost in this day and age. Do you know that Matress Firm also carries pet beds? Neither did I. We purchased ours in store for delivery. Delivery is way behind schedule because of Covid-19, but we got a better deal than the local big box pet stores!!!

We had an issue with our mattress that we purchased from them they agreed to give us a credit through warranty in exchange for a new one that we would choose. There was a little confusion in the credit being applied to the store account from corporate but after the second visit it was resolved. Waiting for our new mattress to arrive.

The salesman was great and the experience was good. But when it came to the delivery portion. I was very unsatisfied. I asked them to set it up to the highest it would go so i could use the underneath part for storage. They were sure it was set up completely to the highest that would go and I felt like it looked low but I wasnt going to sit here and argue with them well today I went to go check under the bed because it was caught on something and I found out that there were like 6 in that they could have raised it the bed is heavy and were having to use a jack to lift it just to get it to the right height and that should have been done at set up. I love my bed and would buy again but i will pay more attention when they are installing the bed.

We worked with Brain and he was exceptional. Not at all a typical pushy sales man and he gave us our space to really find the right mattress for us as well as giving us a lot of information. The prices were excellent. Everything was extremely fast and easy. They have just made new customers for life!

Brad was very friendly and informative. The only problem we had we ordered it on April 28 and thought it was gonna be delivered May 6 or ninth and it didn’t come in till 20 May. If I would’ve known that there was going to be a delay I probably would’ve shopped elsewhere.

Came in looking for a mattress and the guy Les was an awesome help. Spent at least two hours with my family and I. Found a mattress I liked along with the rest of the family. I felt like Goldie locks trying all these different mattresses but found one I loved. I would definitely suggest this place and the sales guy.

Purchased a mattress and a frame Sunday, Tuesday they call me but Im working all night and call back in the morning on Wednesday (the day of my delivery) suppose to come 10-2. I called at 10 when they opened and they informed me that the frame I purchased is out of stock and wont be available until January, not really sure how they sold me an item out of stock but this made me very displeased and so I asked if just the mattress was coming today and of course, No the mattress wasnt being delivered today because the loaders didnt put it on the truck apparently because they didnt get the frame and now I dont get my mattress the day I NEED it. Instead of maybe offering to upgrade to a boxspring and send me that they offered I just buy one on amazon and they pay me back the money for the frame, just wasnt really satisfied how they handled the situation. I now have to have family come over and sacrifice their time and stay at my house during the delivery time for just my mattress because I work long hours and cant be here for the delivery, which is why I made it on a certain day to begin with. All that being said if you want a headache and want your items to not delivery on their specified date then this mattress firm is the place for you. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Great but lookout for the Progressive Leasing offer. Theyll approve you for a large sum ($2900 for me) without checking your credit, but this leasing company will hound you until youve paid balance off. Also, if you decide to return product, progressive leasing keeps any payments you have made, despite mattress firms offer to give you money back if you dislike the product. ONLY buy what you can afford, duh.
