Great customer service in the store, great selection and wonderful prices.Steve was a great help. No pressure. But their delivery service needs some tweaking. Was quoted a time between 11:30 am and 3pm for delivery. Did not get delivered until almost 6:30 p.m. and the delivery people were in such a hurry that when they were coming in the door they knocked things off a dresser. No big deal nothing broken. But maybe if they had delivery times everyday they wouldnt be so backed up with deliveries and so crunched for time. I would recommend the store. But warn about long delivery times.

My wife and I were looking to buy a mattress and after looking on line we decided to take s drive on Rt.19 in New Port Richey. Bed Pros we stopped at to shop brands like Sealy. We were greeted by Steve and helped us through the process. We were very happy and confident that our purchase was going to be awesome. Let me say for both of us........we got the firm memory foam mattress. I cant describe how comfortable. Please stop in to see their prices and selections. Thank you. Pillows were perfect too.

When we went to look at mattresses, we found Steve the salesman to be very nice. We did purchase a mattress and adjustable base. The service went downhill from there. We waited for several weeks to have the mattress delivered, none in stock. They installed the adjustable base(we thought) but never adjusted the height of the mattress. I had to call to have them come vaccine out. They scheduled yet another trip out to adjust the height and was told the adjustable base was not put together correctly. I called Steve to advise him and he said he did not understand what was wrong, so my husband hot under the bed took photos and pictures of the paper instructions and sent them to Steve. The warehouse manager was also in denial that it was not put together until he saw the pictures. Yet another service call was scheduled and when the guys got her, they did not have the right screws to fix tge adjustable bed. We made another call to the store and explained they could not fix the bed because they did not have the right screws. The warehouse guy said he sentcthem, he did not. He had no idea what screws were needed. So Charlie, at the store said the warehouse man was going to put one together so he could see what we needed. We told Charlie all he had to do was read the instructions and we also told him the size screw and bolts that were needed, based on the instruction book. Well, we are still waiting on yet another service call to correctly install our adjustable base. The service at this store was a nightmare and still is. They have not escalated our issues to anyone, there service is pitifil. This should have been handled better.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here. Steve was beyond helpful and really took the time to make sure we were happy with our decision. I bought from another company a few years ago and paid way too much for my queen size mattress. We went to Bed Pros and got a king size for 1/3 less than what I paid for my queen size before it. It’s a 10/10 for us!

I was very impressed by the President’s Day mattress sale @ Bed Pros! I’d shopped several other mattress stores and furniture stores for a specific Sealy Hybrid mattress. My total deal/offer from Bed Pros could not be beat anywhere (by a long shot)! And I’m talking $1000 or more...The Bed Pro sales person, Steve in Port Richey, was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. No “hard sales” or “fast talking”.My free king mattress & adjustable king base delivery was super smooth.I’m so happy I drove into Bed Pros on a whim. You should too!!!

I’m so excited about my purchases. The bed I was looking for ended up being on sale. Christine was an excellent sales person and helped me so much. I ended up buying a second bed, mattresses and sheets. I would recommend the store and Christine to my friends and family.

I shopped multiple stores and, happily, ended up here. Im impressed with the fact its an American company, locally owned, with a warehouse so big you can get your mattress delivered next day. No delivery charge if over $500 and they take away the old one free of charge too. The employees there know their stuff, are not pushy, and the prices are better than all the places I tried (department store, furniture store, other mattress store). The first mattress I bought there was a Beautyrest queen, and I love it. Then I needed two twin mattresses for my daybed/guest bed and I knew right where to go and I am very happy.

I went in on July 4, 2019 just to look not purchase. However, the salesman, Eddie, offered me a great deal on a new mattress. It was exactly what I needed. Eddie was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He was having internet issues and was worried he would not be able to help me. But he found a way to get the sale done. When I need another mattress I am definitely going back to Bed Pros and I hope I get Eddie again. He made my experience exceptional.

Sitting in the parking the lot (its 7:30pm) and the place is supposed to be open until 8pm, its not! I need to buy a mattress to have delivered tomorrow. This is ridiculous!

Eddie gave us great advise on choosing both a king and queen bed set. We got a great price and quick delivery. We will recommend him and Bed Pros to our friends.

UPDATEBED PROS has indicated they will refund my money but they said theres uncertainty on their part as to how. Whether its thru BED PROS or thru their finance company I purchased their products through and paid my three installments thru. I am paid in full and timely. But I am still waiting for their decision and then for my money to be finally refunded. I am hopeful this works out.UPDATE:A person representing8 herself as a co owner called me and in my car between my appointments we spoke. I am still unable to find the written assurance from her that she was to send me..regarding that the failure will not occur in the future. That call was four days ago. I sent an email to Christine Miller two days ago.. that so far is unanswered.. in which that once again, I will be forced to seek legal remedies as Ive stated below failing these explicit written assurances. I raised my one star to a two star because yes.. Ive heard from someone claiming to be co owner.. by phone. But Ive received nothing in writing that we discussed in that car-call. I will keep this Post updated but the emails I am unable to locate anywhere. We will will see what today, Monday, bears out.Former Post:Christine was (apparently) pleasant and (seemingly) professional. What else can I do? NO PHONE CALL TO ME TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT! I must get a fair resolution. I am a retired 73yr old male. Ive never been misrepresented like BED PROS has done this to me. They are not NOT making good on my product failure. A $1,200+ purchase! In the year 2020 can you imagine their thinking this is OK to do to a customer? The mattress I paid for Christine told me was supposed to be FIRM. That was my explicit requirement at time of purchase and Christine told me that was exactly what I was getting. I DID NOT GET THAT. Also, the top fabric is separating from the underside foam. AND THE FOAM ITSELF IS ACTUALLY COLLAPSING UNDER ME AND CAUSING ME MUCH BACK PAIN. I just paid it off (timely) a few days ago. And for a reason. I didnt want to have my about-to-start, legal complaint process confused w my trying to not complete my purchase obligation. I MEET MY OBLIGATIONS! THAT I have now done. Now well see if BED PROS OWNERSHIP honors their legal obligation to deliver what they represented they were selling me but clearly have not. How DO they say a mattress is FIRM that is NOT FIRM. And how do they explain upholstery/fabric coming apart from the underlying mattress too. There are too many issues in one Mattress. It is wholly defective and I am going to pursue all legal remedies avaiIable under the law. Im a capable guy but Im disabled so I take a bit longer to accomplish things. Well see if BED PROS reaches out to me after this posting and makes good on REMOVING their product failure. So far..NO effort to replace the mattress failure. Just incredible! So well see if they remove the product from my home. Well see if they make good on a complete mattress failure. Obviously everyone has a different comfort level. John didnt make us feel uncomfortable at all for taking our time. He listened to what we were telling him and showed us various options. While we did find something we liked, we told him we were going to look at other stores. No pressure. We found one that we were very close to buying. But, my messed up spine was the deciding factor.We returned to Bed Pros Mattress and I took my time again. We felt that the quality and the comfort was going to help us both a great deal. Some of my issues may very well have been from sleeping on the wrong mattress for far too long.On the day of delivery I decided to lay down to see how it felt and I fell asleep for 2 hours! Im not kidding when I tell you that, I can actually get out of bed and move without my usual crippling pain that takes 20 minutes to work out!So, thank you John for letting us take our time and for being so informative & of course getting us into something that really seems to be a perfect fit! After a terrible experience with Sleep Number (we ended up canceling our $6,000+ order), my boyfriend and I Googled mattress stores in our area and Bed Pros Mattress popped up. We headed in at 7:15pm on a Saturday night and met Mark who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, and didnt pressure us or try to up-sell further than what we wanted (we did end up going with the mac-daddy cooling Tempur-Pedic bed though 😉). Mark not only was sympathetic to what we had been through, but went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of for our delivery 2 days later! Enter Tony and Louis, the awesome delivery guys. They hung around later so that my boyfriend and I didnt have to miss anymore work, got rid of our old bed, and assembled our new bed quickly, efficiently, and were very respectful and professional. We could not be happier with this mattress buying experience and will continuously recommend Bed Pros Mattress from here on out.P.s. Stay away from Sleep Number!!!

Walked in. Only person in the store. The employee whom sat in the back at his desk the entire time was playing Xbox One using the computer monitor as a TV then all my questions I had about beds were then answered while he was playing Xbox and he pointed out what beds I should use while still playing the same game and never got out of his chair or paused said game

Needed a bed frame in a hurry and Erik at Bed Pros came to the rescue. He helped me out when I mistakenly asked for the wrong size frame for my mattress. Im grateful for his impeccable customer service even though he was filling in at the New Port Richey store.
