Easy to use, for a first time user. I appreciate the fact that I could use the device myself, rather than email a person behind a counter. I will definitely use this location again for all my printing needs.

That was so easy! Nola Beans is a great coffee shop and bakery as it is, but I never realized they had this service! Definitely going to be taking advantage of this more often! Office Depot charges stupid fees!! This was way better!

Convenient to use, but didnt like that I had to buy a set amount of credit before I could print. I now have credit on an account I may never use.

I had an issue with printing at a NOLA Beans because they were out of paper, and the service team was very understanding and helped me resolve this issue.
