We like this place a lot. On a nice corner to people watch if you can grab one of the outside or even inside tables with a view of the street. Sandwiches and cheesecakes among other items to go with your coffee

What a great way to start the day in this wonderful city! I liked the first visit so much, I came back the following 2 mornings :) Shrimp & Grits, Creole Breakfast (with Pork Boudin sausage which was new to me) and their traditional egg/sausage/bacon/biscuit breakfast were all phenomenal, as was their dark roast coffee. Nothing fancy here, just wonderful quality food and coffee served by good people who WANT to put a smile on your face. Great place to people/dog watch as you enjoy your breakfast too.

Really nice coffee shop with exceptional service. Today I enjoyed a Chocolate Coffee Martini with a Blueberry Muffin, which were both great. I also tasted a friends Butterfinger Brownie which was delicious, more soft than chewy but the pieces of butterfinger were front and center.I will definitely swing by again while in the area.

The Envie Espresso Bar and Cafe is the absolute essence of what a very good coffee shop should be: competent staff, great coffee, good food, good comfortable atmosphere and great people watching. It helps that the Envie is in the Marigny District and safely away from the French Quarter tourist scene.

Great place for breakfast. We came several times during our week in NOLA. Coffee was excellent, and a very filling and delicious breakfast sandwich. The side of grits were amazing, maybe the best Ive ever had. Customer service was good every time. Nice ambiance. Laid-back and relaxing when we were there. Inside is cute and there are sidewalk tables.

The food and people were wonderful. They offered an extensive tea and coffee menu that could be served hot or cold.

We found out about this cute little cafe on Decatur Street thanks to a lovely cashier at one of the vintage little shops in the French Quarter; I consume coffee on the daily and can tell you the espresso drinks here are some of the most tasty ones I have ever had! Not overly sweet, but packing the right amount of syrup and therefore flavor. It was the perfect spot to cool off after walking for hours on end.

Great place to take a break. The iced peach and earl grey teas were outstanding! Friendly staff and quick service. I will definitely be back to try their coffees and cocktails!

I come here almost every morning before work and the staff is always super friendly they always make my coffee perfect. They also have a reward program buy 10 cups and get the 11th free.

Nearly every where we went the coffee is weak. So we were recommended this place as a good place for coffee. So we tried it. SO glad we did. The first good cup of coffee we had since we arrived in town. Others say its strong. I say its delicious and others are crazy. Next time I come to town for a visit, Ill be coming here.Oh the guys taking the order and making it were nice, helpful and quick.

Great spot for people watching, indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of locals hanging out. Great place to cool off, get a drink, use a clean bathroom while you hang out or shop in the Quarter. Staff is pleasantly weird and friendly. The most NOLA you can cram into one coffee shop.

Nice little coffeehouse with a funky, somewhat artistic vibe. Excellent breakfast choices with great people watching. We personally had the traditional breakfast, French toast plate, and an omelet plate. All were fantastic, both before and since the pandemic (June 2021). Also good for an evening cup of coffee.

An incredible place. Open air coffee shop vibe, but full bar and food menu. In the heart of the french quarter next to the french market, and such an upbeat place. I go here all the time if Im out walking or biking around!

Krystal is super friendly and makes some badass coffee cocktails. Highly recommend this place mostly because of Krystal being awesome.

Locally roasted coffee and skilled baristas who craft every variety of espresso drink and Italian soda under the sun. They know their stuff and are nice to everyone and it is very clean here. You will be extremely satisfied if you order an almond croissant . Also after you buy ten drinks your eleventh Is free and the staff encourages you to be extravagant with your free choice ! Best baristas ever. But I said that already !

The bar is on the north east side of the French quarter, by the French Market. The food price is a littleup there, but that is not unusual for french quarter prices. I ordered a shrimp and grits and an omellette. With a large unsweet tea, ot got a little pricy. I was the only one eating from what I can tell. The service was good however. I would return for that alone and their selection of hot heat. I do recommend

Even on an earlier Sunday morning after a long night of hurricanes and grenades this place is serving up fat stacks of French toast and for yours truly, a nice cup of decaf Americano. The price for the quad Americano, equivalent to a large, was $3.80. This is overpriced for the rather bitter tasting coffee, but the open air vibes and casual music makes for a great breakfast spot with the family or a place to read the book at the top of your reading list. The fruit danish had me very tempted as it looked very delicious.

Great food and coffee. Everything fresh and wonderful.

I will refer to it as Bohemian cafe. A local cafe with few tourist. The pricing of the food and drink is appropriate. The portion size is correct. Their biscuits that come with the breakfast platter are very good. If you need to charge your food while eating, sit at a table by a pillar. Multiple plug-ins available. When I am in New Orleans, this will be one of the places that I eat Breakfast.

Wish we found this place earlier in our visit, but we still managed to come here 3 times during our stay. Coffee was good, food was great. Cute place and good service. Wish the surrounding area was a bit nicer, but that’s not their fault.

Good ventilation so it is pandemic safe. The pastries were all very good and surprising in their execution. Their other food was also incredible.

Great location for a coffee and snack to avoid bigger coffee chains. This location is a converted bar, and they also have a local art gallery in the back. Coffee is on point and reasonably priced. I did not try the food options, but they smelled and looked pretty good.

Definitely a great spot for people watching. Good coffee. Great location. The jazz museum is just across the street and they often have live music and balcony gigs (during COVID) which you can hear sitting at Envie. Opens toll later as well when everything closes, if youre desperate for a late night coffee. 🌙

Great little coffee shop and cafe. Coffee is really good! They have a huge variety of coffee types and flavors as well as food and pastries. The best part was that the coffee here was super cheap! Two coffees that were Grande sized compared to Starbucks for the prices of what one Grande would cost at Starbucks!

Very well made coffee, amazing laid back ambiance. If you want a quick bite/to go drink or want to sit back and enjoy and watch time pass by, this is highly recommended!

Envie is the best coffee shop in the quarter . The baristas are off and in meaning sometimes nice other times not so much . The food is good . The plus here is you can add alcohol to your coffee . The drink selection is fierce ! It can get kinda stuffy inside so I like to take my drink and walk around or sit outside and talk to all the freaks . This is a local hangout for many and a often used as a meetup for groups . Lines can be long . Bathrooms are often just ok . I do like that local artists are able to showcase their work here. ATM available inside .

My favorite spot to grab some breakfast. I went there a total of four times during my trip to NOLA. My favorite meal was the tomato/cheese panini. I love the atmosphere and the decor. Its definitely a cafe that feels cozy and welcoming. Their drinks are great, and I will return each and every time I visit NOLA.

Terrible service. Nasty stuff. Long waiting time. The bagel was dry, absolutely not fresh. I couldnt even bite it.

We stopped here for a sweet treat after dinner and were not disappointed. Our friends enjoyed some beer and Irish coffees, while we tried their Butterfinger brownies and cookies. My cookie legit looked like a biscuit, and tasted great! The brownie was so moist that it just dissolved when you bit into it, and was almost more like a super soft fudge. I would definitely return!

Great for people watching, sipping perfect coffee, and grabbing a yummy nosh. Surprisingly easy to get work done here even with the constant influx of watchable people.We spent several hours here, ensconced in a corner, puttering away, over homework and contracts to be reviewed. Everyone was chill, the staff were perfectly attentive, and the outlets worked, y’all!

We stopped in for breakfast early one morning as they were one of the only places open. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected. Their egg, bacon, sausage, & home fries were amazing! Seasoned perfectly and not bland. Their caramel frozen frappe was delicious as well. Service was great and we enjoyed our food. Will definitely be back!

This is what I call a coffee shop! Great atmosphere, excellent drinks. Furniture and decoration is tasteful.Feels local and people are great. Enough room to sit. And then theres all the liqueur based coffee and espresso drinks which are heavenly. Nicely done. And it is open late!
