I got my screen fixed in February. When I got it fixed, the guy working there said I had been given a cheap screen from the previous guy to fix my phone. He also said there is a sort warranty on screens that arent broken that can be fixed for free. So randomly 3 months later, the screen stops responding to touch. I didnt crack it or mess up the functionality of the phone. When I brought it in, all they did was try to hard reset it, and not even take it apart to see if something possibly disconnected. They simply said Id need a new screen for $150 dollars. If Im gonna buy a screen again, it wont be here. cheap screen, Ha! At least the place I went to before, their screens only broke if you actually cracked them. Also, the stock prices of these screens range from 60-80 dollars. They are taking their fair share of profits without carrying out any of their customer service promises afterwards.

Bought a screen for my iPhone X for almost 50$ more than any other location i was quoted from within 2 weeks the screen starts fading streaking and pixelates. I tried to get them to do a warranty and they’re convinced it’s my fault in some way even though the screen is t damaged scratched or cracked being in a case with screen protector. I highly would not recommend using them, other stores are cheaper and have better customer service. It seems they are price gouging and offering no type of customer service worth visiting for. Guy offered me a 20$ discount on his already 50$ higher price is I replaced it today. I’ll take my business else where and share my experience Instead

Total rip off, cheap parts used for repair of my screen. After a week the touch screen wouldnt work properly and they told me it was my phone. I took it to the gretna location and they replaced the screen for 50$ less and it worked fine. Dont trust these people they shouldnt be in business

Completely horrible customer service, overpriced and Unknowledgeable. They sold me a defective screen and would not replace it after less than a month of install. The replacement screens they sell are cheap and not worth the visit.
