Excellent customer service with prices to match, I normally ALWAYS spend 3 and 4 hundred dollars on hair because I honestly thought you had to spend that much for good quality, that was before I became a WGI customer FOR LIFE!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your needs.

Horrible experience and very unprofessional. I have bought hair from ladies on side of the road that were more professional then the men in this establishment. They have no interest on satisfying customers and have very little knowledge of the hair. I went into the slidell store but they were very poorly stocked. He said that he would be able to get what i wanted from the new Orleans store but it wouldnt make it to the slidell store until after 7pm. I was told that i would receive a closure the same texture as the hair i bought but when the man came it was a completely didnt type of hair. I asked if they had anything closer to they type of hair that i had and he he said no and just gave me my money back. Not taking into consideration i had to drive from MS. Two times to get this hair and closure. I had mentioned that i would be taking maternity photos in the morning. Which now i had to reschedule do to not having my hair done. He wasnt sympathetic he didnt care or try to make it right. As far as the hair its self its sheads a lot and once its wet it doesnt go back to its original pattern,but again you get what you pay for. And if you decide to go on a Saturday make sure you call first because you might have to wait 30-45 for them to come to the store. The selection is very limited as well thats why i had to get a closure from their new orleans store which was still the wrong type of hair.
