I’ve been a customer here since 2017. But recently stopped shopping here because the management is very unprofessional. They do not care about how they talk to their customers even long term customers. They allow you to order things that’s out of stock because they claim it works for them. So don’t be surprised when you get your time and money waisted.This is also one of the cheapest major hair companies in the city which is the only reason why I shopped there. Unfortunately the management is also cheap and unprofessional. Their response to me requesting a refund was “bruhhhh we don’t need your money” apparently they also like to lie on their customers I was mad at that response not the one they listed by the owner …it was unnecessary just send me my refund without the unprofessionalism. Pictures were also posted of this and he deleted because he knows he’s completely wrong

Hands down, the best customer service in town. I have purchased several times online and in person. I have been able to install and re-install the hair at least 3-4 times, no shedding. I try my best to complement the people that work in the store each time I go because they are amazing. I have tried others but have had the experiences here.

I been having my body wave hair for 2 years now and its still going great. I only had to changed out my frontal twice, which is amazing! Ive also dyed this hair twice, color holds well. I always get compliments on my hair. I will be purchasing again soon for graduation in may.

Quan is an awesome stylist and Ms Mary is so very informative and real. Ive been so pleased and wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. Quan is very punctual and respectful of his patrons time.

I purchased hair from this place a couple of times. I was never too crazy about the quality because it sheds and tangles too fast. I had some hair from them that I bought last year that I wanted to wear again, so I purchased an extra bundle for length and another closure. Two weeks after wearing the sew in, you can’t even see my part. The hair is matted, and it takes me 30min every morning to comb through it. I called them yesterday to explain the situation, and they told me in so many words that they could not offer me any complimentary services and closures are not made to last long. It’s only been two weeks since I’ve had it in. This is horrible service to consistent clients and a complete rip off... they are taking people’s money with no quality service and hair to offer them. I will never go back to purchase hair or recommend this place to anyone. I will be there today so they can see live proof that I’m not lying, and they never have to worry about me again!

Ive purchased hair from this company before while I was in new Orleans, however, I wanted to purchase the hair online because Im in Dallas now. They advertise a bundle deal at a certain price and when you add it to your shopping cart, it ends up being $10-$30 more than advertised. They advertised a 3 bundle deal for $130 and when added to the shopping cart its showing $150. The hair shows as $130 and the system forces you to choose natural color (the only hair color option available), then the price jumps $10-$20. I dont know if its a system glitch but I will not purchase until thats fixed. I expect a company to stand behind their words, a $10-$20 price difference is an issue for me.

3 stars because the hair came extremely fast, but the hair was not good quality. It was tangling and shedding as my stylist was installing it. Definitely not human hair.This hair was useful for approximately 24 hours and thats it. Had to purchase new hair elsewhere . A waiste of money

The prices are pretty good and the hair does not smell upon purchase. However, Ive had the hair in for a little over a week and my face is breaking out where the hair comes in contact. Also, when I was getting it straightened in the salon, it stunk up the whole place. Embarassing. I will say that the young man at the counter was extremely helpful and nice.

My hair wouldn’t curl with hot curler and it shedded

I purchased product from this company a week ago and had it installed 3 days ago. I noticed something off about the hair. I was provided two different textures 3 bundles of loose wave and a deep wave closure. When the Owner/Manager (Mary Hooks)of the company was advised of this mistake she agreed with me they were different and stated I dont know who sold you that, but I could sell you another, I showed her a receipt. Obviously your employees sold it to me! What type of products are you using on them?, THEY ARE 2 DIFFERENT TEXTURES, WHO G>A>F what im using on them. POINT IS: THEY ARE DIFFERENT, AND NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!. Her son calls back whom Im assuming is Alton Hooks the registered agent of the company, and he states Your stylist should have caught it, Therefore its her fault. My stylists job is to do my hair, not check YOUR product! If I want dreadlocks and spiral curls, its her job to make it happen. Yours was to provide the correct product and you failed.

Literally brought and installed the hair a week ago . I have removed the install already due to shedding, and matting. Unlike the previous time I brought the hair and applied heat or color to it, this time I left it alone and still received the same results. I loved the customer service I’m just disappointed in the quality of the hair.

Honestly the worst hair ever. Please save your money I BEG YOU because he does not give refunds. They are going to tell you to look up a treatment. Yes that’s right they want you to put in extra work for hair you spent money on. And get this the treatment does not work at all. It’s even worst than the beauty supply store bundles. They sell terrible, shedding, tangling,unwearable hair. They make a business out of scamming women. That is the most disgraceful thing about it.

I ordered from this place twice online. First time I ordered 3 bundles 16, 18, 20 Brazilian kinky curly and a 16 in Brazilian frontal. I was contacted a day or two later and was explained that they were waiting on a shipment of frontals and would I like a refund. I asked them if they had any other frontals in different lengths they said yes and would send me it to me. I received my three bundles and an extra bundle instead of frontal. I wrote it off as maybe they misunderstood what I asked them for and made the mistake of ordering from them once more. Once again I ordered 3 bundles 16, 18, 20 Peruvian loose wave and a 14 in frontal. I received the bundles but instead of the frontal I received a 14 closure which was a 30 dollar difference. Not just that but this time I wasnt contacted nor refunded the difference... smh... I WILL NOT order from this place again and will recommend against anyone else ordering from here as well. Seems as though they dont care about their online customers.

First of all this company sold my dear friend two different types of hair, this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, Mary hooks ceo of this business should do a better job when it comes to selling hair to their customers if a person pays for a certain style hair that’s what we should get not hair by Beyoncé and hair DJ clue
