WARNING - DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase any items from this company! A friend of mine purchased a lipstick of theirs at The Essence Festival. I really liked it and placed an order online on July 27. Here it is, August 26 and I still dont have my product. I really wish I read reviews before purchasing their products. I left text messages, called them, emails, messages on their website and no one from their company contacted me. The only reply they sent was from the initial text I sent and they said they would look into it. They never responded back to me.Its such a shame that customers are putting their hard earned money into this company and not receiving their products. This is pretty much stealing. If so many customers are complaining, why is this company still open? You try to support these businesses but look what happens. They should be closed! THIEVES! How can anyone who works for this company be okay with stealing consumers money?? I will be working to get my money back regardless of the amount!

Good product, terrible customer service . I placed an online order and did not receive it for 30 days . That was luck or Jesus I guess . after bugging them for over a month it finally cameI placed a second order for some glitter to wear with my Halloween costume and it has now been 23 days, still have not received and likely will not . They are crooks. We are not friends, I didn’t just hand over my money to you guys to hold for me .I could care less if it was 5.00 or 50.00. If I pay for a product I expect the product or a refund .Just close the online store down. It’s obviously too much for you

First let me say I love their liquid lipsticks. But for months I waited on missing products. Ordered back to back. Difficult to reach put to. Right now I want to order Matdor which is a beautiful red and looks good on dark skin but I was left with a bad taste and have yet to order again.

I messaged them on the phone using the phone number they give on their website; Ive left messages on their board on their website; Ive contacted PayPal who also left a message for them; and Ive sent them email, but no response to any of my 7 or 8 inquiries regarding my order which cost me $104.It behooves me how they cant fulfill their order and promises, but have faithfulness to Instagram, promoting products and PROMISES they have NO INTENTIONS to deliver or keep.Im totally disgusted with this company, but they will not cause me to stop buying BLACK-OWNED. They are just the black-owned company that I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER support again and will surely not recommend anyone to them.LADIES, please read the negative reviews on this company before you buy. I have reached out, left voice messages, sent a text, as directed on their site and still no response. Ive been charged for products that I havent even received a tracking number for. So today I will be contacting PayPal. Never again!

Bad customer service. I placed an order on November 16. Today is December 9th. I have reached out, left voice messages, sent 3 text, as directed on their site and still no response. Ive been charged $57 for products that I havent even received a tracking number for. This is unacceptable. Even if the products turn out to be good, it will be a hard decision to place another order with this company.

Ordered products at the New Orleans Chicken Festival August 2017. The company sent my order and left one product out. The illuminaughty illuminator which I paid for. I contacted the company several times to receive said ordered and paid product. Several times they stated they would be sending my missing product. After almost 6 months I still have not received the product after several message attempts and promises that my product would be delivered. The make up worked great I wanted to order more and become a loyal customer but their customer service is beyond lacking. It is unfortunate that I will not be able to continue to do business with this company. I would suggest other buyers to beware. Beyond slow delivery times and absolutely no follow up after they have taken your money.

UNPROFESSONAL! I booked an appointment with Magonlia Makeup to get my face beat for my 20th birthday. I arrived at the house and I waited for 15 minutes and called constantly! No one answered the phone and some man answered the door saying the makeup artist wasnt even there! This is totally unprofessional. I paid money to get my makeup done and book and appointment and you dont even have the nerve to show up? Horrible.
