I CAME TO THIS RADIATOR SHOP SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE IMPORT MOTORS REFERRED THEM TO ME. I WAS INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE HERE. I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY MERCEDES GL450 A/C SYSTEM NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY DID FIX MY A/C PROBLEM. BUT AFTER 7 DAYS OF WAITING, I PICKED UP MY SUV FROM THE RADIATOR SHOP, I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED MY SUV WAS SITTING VERY LOW TO THE GROUND, I ALSO NOTICED MY FRONT BUMPER AND FENDER WERE NOT PROPERLY SCREWED BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL PLACE, AND BOTH HAD DENTS AND SCRATCHES ON THE FRONT AND SIDES OF THEM!! I ASKED THE MANAGER AND THE MECHANIC WHO WORKED ON MY SUV, TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DID SO MUCH DAMAGE HAPPENED TO MY SUV IN 7 DAYS. THE MANAGER NOR HIS EMPLOYEE HAD AN ANSWER FOR MY DAMAGES, INSTEAD THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE IT THERE 2 MORE DAYS SO THEY COULD FIX IT WHICH THEY DIDNT.!!! SO THE EMPLOYEE TELLS ME TO HAVE IT CHECKED BY UPTOWN IMPORTS AND IF THEY SAY THE STRUT IS BAD THEY WILL PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. SO I DID JUST THAT. I BROUGHT MY SUV TO UPTOWN IMPORTS AND THEY SAID MY STRUT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. I WENT BACK TO THE RADIATOR SHOP TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE MANAGER EXPECTING HIM TO KEEP HIS WORD AND FIX THE DAMAGE TO MY SUV. THE MANAGER STARING MAKING EXCUSES ON WHY THE STRUT COULD BE GOING UP AND DOWN. I TOLD HIM MY CAR CAME TO HIS SHOP IN GREAT CONDITION AND IS NOW LEAVING DAMAGED!!! I ASKED HIM WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO HAVE THE STRUT AND BUMPER/FENDER FIXED. HE BECAME VERY RUDE AND WALKED AWAY FROM ME WITH NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS. IT WAS REALLY FRUSTRATING TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. BASED ON MY REFERRAL I WAS EXPECTING FRIENDLY SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY, I EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT TWO RACIST MEN WITH RUDE ATTITUDES!!!!! ILL LEAVE THIS SHOP WITH THESE SIMPLE BUT IMPORTANT WORDS TO ALWAYS REMEMBER. ITS NOT THE FACT THAT A MISTAKE IS MADE, ITS HOW YOU DEAL WITH IT THAT COUNTS.P.S. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am from Canada, driving a VW Camper. I felt unsecured driving back due to strange things on my van. I called them early in the morning. They received me with professionalism. The work was great and the prive was very good. I am French speaking so I tried some English jokes and it did not work. So maybe my joke were not good. So if you are going there makes good joke otherwise they won’t laugh but in any case you will have a great service and a very good service! Congratulations to the team

Great mechanic. I was in town, nearly 800 miles from home, for a conference when my car started acting up to the point where it was all but undrivable. I was in a bad situation and was very concerned about being taken advantage of. But I needed to do something and I consider myself to be incredibly lucky to find the radiator shop.The guys at Marks shop could not have been more professional. They went the extra mile for me and fixed my car for a very low cost. I couldnt recommend this shop more highly.

They completely ruined my Monte Carlo, by damaging a hose clamp. This caused the hose to fly off while I was driving and my car to immediately go into the red. I wound up with coolant all over my engine and what turned out to be a blown head gasket as a result. I ended up having to buy a new car shortly thereafter. I will admit that the manager came out to where I was and did a quick repair to the coolant system, but little did I know that the damage was already done.

Five hours and it was fixed the right the first time

The Radiator Shop replaced the radiator in my car, per their suggestion. I had to take the car to another mechanic within a few weeks of the replacement, only to have to pay hundreds of dollars more to repair a leak which damaged a hose that now needs replacing. In addition, the Radiator Shop failed to reconnect the AC and heat to the car before returning it to me.

I always bring my car over to this shop. They have always taken care of me with all of my automotive repairs and are very fair and reasonable.
