Havent been here in years. Now that I have a new car am coming back and remember why. Last time I was here as a service customer I was impressed, that was twenty years ago. Still same great quality service, honest, and fair prices.

Went specifically for CT Emissions inspection. Person at window greeted me, took my notification card and fee, and said he would call me when completed. Inspection was done quickly. Note: This was done 3/19/2020. Waiting area had plenty of seats in a variety of areas so you could distance yourself from others. Hand sanitizers were located at the counters and other locations.

Mr. Reardon was so helpful i couldnt habe done it without his help. Thank your so much for helping make this so much easier

Expensive as Heck, but have to be here for service for leased truck. Took it to fort shantok quick lube instead. Price markup on parts are astronomical.

Very expensive service. But qualified mechanics make sure you have a warranty.

I personally have been doing business with this family for a great many years and today, will always continue to do so. I have bought my cars and trucks here, my daughters cars here and have referred a great many people here. The customer service after the sale has always been both professional and outstanding. The service and parts departments have always been accommodating.What ever I ordered came in right the first time and if I had my vehicles serviced by their outstanding technicians, the job was always done right the first time. If I waited for my vehicles, the dealership was always clean, relaxing and comfortable serving a variety of coffees, teas, snacks and of course free wifi.If I needed a ride to work, they made sure I got there and I was informed every step of the way on the service being performed on my vehicles. Even while waiting, a television monitor shows your car being brought in when it was time to be serviced by the technicians.Cant make it in for service during the week, their Saturday hours are fantastic. Emissions testing, no problem. Would I continue to be a customer and reccomend others? You doggone right I will because, this family has taken car buying, customer service, honesty and safety to a new all time high and I enjoy that feeling everytime I drive out with my vehicles. My hat comes off to the great many employees who have been serving this family and my family for a great many years.Your good work and loyalty has been noticed and very much appreciated.
