If I could rate 0 stars I would. The amount of time it takes for them to submit claim to insurance and refill the prescription is insane. We have been trying to get my medications for 2 days and was told they would be ready for pick up by 10am today. It is now 1:20pm and have been in line since 12:30 to make them refill it. There is a line of people behind me and 3 cars have left. Some of the pharmacists weve spoken to are rude and technicians dont know what they are doing. This is ridiculous

Absolutely the worse pharmacy. They took so long and he couldnt fine the prescription. Did not once say sorry that it was taking so long. Pharmacist ignored me. I finally left with no prescription. Kid working had no idea what he was doing and had absolutely no client urgency. They always have troubles with medication and the computer. They take so long to come through the driveway too.

Awesome customer service. Some of these poor reviews are a joke. Lady had to wait an hour for her sons medication? Did she think there were others ahead of here? Get a life. Youre not that important and go some where else if you have no patience

Consistently slow, disinterested service at the pharmacy drive up. There always seems to be some sort of problem with my prescriptions that take days to sort out and Ive never had prescriptions filled so slowly at any other pharmacy. They also spam via text so much Ive had to block them.

This pharmacy shouldnt be open. Doctor sent in prescriptions came to pick them up, werent ready, I was told the next day. It took 5 days to have basic prescriptions filled. They make people wait in line at the drive-through that they arent even helping. Only one staff person inside.

Imagine telling someone that you ordered the in home sleep study required for someone’s DOT physical, and forgetting to order it. Thus leaving them out of work for two weeks unable to collect paychecks… called customer service, got hung up on twice, and then eventually the test was ordered.

Show up to the dump known as CVS in New Hope at 8:40 only to find out tge store is not open. Look at the store hours posted outside which state they open at 8:30. When on to the store website to double check the open time. Once again it shows Monday-Friday 8:30-9:00. So what is the point of offering appointments from the times of 8:30- 9:30 am if the store cant be bothered to even be open let along actually update the store hours? Absolute joke! The Manager must have better things to do other making sure that this store can open on time. Never Again!

Excellent service from Evelyn and Linda in the Covid 19 testing room. Evelyn worked to fit me in since I have an autoimmune condition, and was having symptoms, plus I have air travel plans tomorrow. They were so gracious and kind, as well as professional and efficient. Thank you Evelyn and Linda!

Continually screw up prescriptions, wont refill when refill are available. Wont call if there is a problem refilling prescriptions. I continue having issues with this pharmacy

Sitting here at the pharmacy drive up for about 15 minutes, only once have we even been acknowledged, but no one has even come to the window. But yet walk ups to the counter get priority. This is unacceptable. Bad business practices, poor employee training and bad management of personnel. I thought the drive up would be convenient, I was sorely mistaken. 20 minutes of waiting we finally get someone to help us. Horrible experience, do NOT recommend this if you are looking for a convenient way to pick up your medications

I never write reviews and that just comes to show how frustrated I was with this pharmacist. love the store, the workers are really nice and everything but that pharmacist has an ATTITUDE. She was not even busy but ignored us even after calling out to her FIVE times... I don’t care what career you have, but you should not be that arrogant of yourself

Usually I do not write reviews but I went there at 5.50pm to drop a prescription. The customer service told me that they couldnt process my prescription because they close at 6.00pm. How long it takes to process an Ibuprofen 600mg prescription??? + she didnt even come to talk to me at the counter, what kind of customer service is this????

The pharmacist has an attitude . I had a voucher for to get something for free . She has ZERO idea about how insurance works . She has a poor attitude and I will never return to this location . I highly recommend going elsewhere

The Pharmacy in this particular CVS refilled my 4 MONTH OLD SONS reflux medicine (Ranitidine) and gave us Prednisolone which is a STEROID by mistake, somehow. The doctor called to confirm where the mistake was made, and they admitted fault but was of little help beyond that. It was essentially a whoopsie moment to them and they did not seem to take it seriously. My 4 month old was taking steroids unbeknownst to us for a month and a half due to the negligence of the Pharmacist. To make matters worse Prednisolone can make reflux worse. So he was taking a medication that was actually making his original problem worse. This mistake could have cost an infant their life. This is pure and simple negligence, we will be looking into taking legal action against them for this, and I would highly encourage anyone looking to fill a prescription to look elsewhere. I would give the review negative stars if it were possible, for obvious reasons.

I have an issue at the pharmacy about half of the time I go. Had to wait over an hour for my sons medication one day. Sick kid and an hour wait because they couldnt find him in the system? We picked up meds from here 3 weeks before. No way. Theyve also shorted me pills (6) on an antibiotic. Bad experience at the minute clinic too. Waited 45 mins, and then the practitioner spent over 15 minutes asking me ridiculous questions, like if Ive been to Puerto Rico lately and to rate my pain. I had an ear infection thats not complicated. It takes 30 seconds to check. Have had a nice interaction with a pharmacist there. But overall, Im done with this location.

I went to the CVS Pharmacy in New Hope, MN on Bass Lake Rd and had the worst customer service ever. Went in to purchase some snacks. Picked up some cashews with a sign saying it was on sale for $4.99. When I got rung up, I was charged full price. I kindly asked the casher, whos name is Alex and his name tag said he was a shift supervisor, about the sign. He proceeded to tell me that the sign is only valid if you have a CVS rewards card. I wouldve accepted that explanation, except he proceeded to tell me I asked you if you wanted a CVS card and you said no so its not my responsibility to save you money. So I said okay, you can go ahead and refund my money for everything I just purchased. Because youre right, its my responsiblity to save my money and give it to some one else who would provide me better customer service.That just completely blew me away at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of that comment. And hes supposed to be a supervisor? Ive worked in retail customer service for over 20 years and technically, yeah, it is your job to tell me about how to save money. That should be your selling point to get customers back in the stores. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop there again

Went to minute clinic and asked if I would be seen or if I should come back. The only person to talk to was the pharmacist and she said if I could sign in I would be seen. I sat sick and tired for a hour and half only to be turned away. I will not set foot in a CVS again. If I could rate 0 I would. They suck!

Ive had to go a week without my medication because they didnt see the refill request from my doctor. The next medication I tried to refill they suggested that I wait two weeks with out it they did refill it. There is only one person there that knows anything. Sucks
