I was the type of customer that I hate today. I was wanting to upgrade my phone so I decided to just go look. I came in a half hour until closing time, wondered around the store for 15 mins, before deciding on something. Josh (sales rep) began switching over my phone. Little did i know, this could be a lengthy process. Ended up taking almost an hour! We both walked out about an hour after closing.I am grateful to Josh Gage for his superb customer service. Not once did he give even the slightest hint of dissatisfaction with the situation. Go see him.

Great people! Friendly outgoing great Fantasic service!!!! Shopped all over Fort Wayne at multiple Verizon Stores and this location is hands down the best! We were given multiple quotes from other Verizon stores showed Courtney ans she got us the best deal with trading in old phones and changed our plan to save us over $100.00 a month! Terrible experience. The “manager” on shift was being very rude and was irate the entire time helping us. Would give zero stars if I could. Was no help with choosing options at all, seemingly rushed us through the entire process. Will not be returning to this location again.

The young lady working last night (3/30) was perfectly knowledgeable and was able to explain the finer details of Verizon’s upgrade package to me. She gave me the answers that the Glenbrook store could not, and I want to show my appreciation by acknowledging her.

Came in because my phone wasnt working, Courtney got me in a new phone for $600 off she called my mom and told her, her phone could get the same $600 off! She was so good to me and my mom and we both got new phones! So friendly thank you Courtney!

Courtney very curious, nice, taught me how to clean up my phone, she fixed my email that wasnt working. Showed me how to send pictures through email. Very knowledgeable and this was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service. I talked to Courtney when I was there. I wasnt sure what phone to get. I told her my price range and what I needed and she right away found me the galaxy s10+ . I had Motorola for years and wasnt too sure about the change. She talked to me about the features and was very knowledgeable about it. I would recommend.

I had a mask on nobody else did. I was there 3 hours. I wish I would have walked out way before he messed up my cellphone. He was trying to wait on 4 customers at once & that never turns out good. His helper came in at noon(2 hours later) and finished helping me.. No mask on her either. She had the longest finger nails Ive ever seen & then I get a sneeze from her. How healthy & clean is that. I thought I received a new phone as nothing looked familiar to me & Im still trying to work through it.Millie Legg

These guys that were working on 2/5/2020, were very knowledgeable about what there were doing, answered all my questions, and even knew how to transfer info from a State owned Phone to one I just bought. Brayton and Kevin were both very polite and super nice. Keep up the GREAT work guys.

Broke my phone, Courtney helped me recover my email and worked very hard to get my pictures and contacts back. My screen was completely broke I really thought I lost everything. Great Store!

I bought a new phone and accessories and was overcharged the price of the phone. My accessories where buy 2 get third 50% off. Which was reasonable, however, it was more than my personal discount and could not be refunded the difference.

James was very helpful with the purchase and set up of my new iPhone 11.

I’ve had trouble ordering online for a week now. The lady I had help me at my location in new haven didn’t even care about if she got credit for me buying the phone or not and did all she could to help me get it ordered & my activation fee discounted since it was supposed to be with the online order that wasn’t working.

Courtney is the best sales girl that Verizon ever had. She fixed my phone many times and even after Verizon sent me a replacement device she even fixed the broke one after I was in New York with no phone went to another Verizon store and they told me my phone couldnt be fixed. This girl is a sweetheart. I will always come to this Verizon because she has always taken care of me and my wife.

This location is excellent Courtney tried her very best to reset all my passwords for all of my email accounts and tried very hard to get the pictures out of my old phone that quit without notice.

I went to switch phone companies staff was friendly their system were down still havent switched carriers yet.

I will not be coming back to the new haven location. I am disappointed in the attitude of this store. When I walked in, the female employee continuously glared at me during my visit. I did not feel welcome. Something needs to be changed about the attitude of that store.

Very helpful and friendly staff. If you have problems with your equipment purchase from Verizon the staff will help you work out those problems. I highly recommend Verizon. They are concerned about their customers.

I walked in with a problem with my charging port. I only went to this location cause it was close but have always had terrible customer service. She told me i had to buy a wireless charging port and nothing else. I went to glenbrook where i usually go. He took the time to actually look my phone over and actually fixed my problem. Also the other person working was just sitting on his butt watching tv. I work in retail and this place was anything but friendly. I am sticking to where i know will treat me well. I am done with new haven.

We waited for 45 minutes to be waited on before we left. There was only one employee on on premises who was helping a women who appeared to have never held a smartphone in her life. After 45 minutes we asked the employee if it was going to be much longer and he said yes, so we will be taking our money to a store that has more than one worker on the clock at a time.

They will lie to you. Tell you one thing then do something totally differently that makes it so you get charged alot more then your told. They also make excuses and claims that they did nothing wrong all while screwing you and leaving without explanation
