These guys are great! I called to see if I can come in today for a screen change and they said yes. I come in and within 15 minutes my iphone 8plus screen was fixed! The previous screen that was put on my phone had a weird color change to it, but these guys use the legit screens so color quality will not be lost! So grateful for their work. Very affordable as well. They also have a great selection of fashionable iphone cases. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I brought my iPhone 6S in for a battery replacement, he double checked and confirmed my diagnosis, then handed it off to another technician for the work as he was working in a Lenovo computer on the counter while he took care of customers. I liked being able to watch the tech do the work, I used to work in electronics but Im old and my hands and eyes arent good enough to work on a lot of this newer stuff. These guys are real pros working fast and efficiently I can recognize it when I see it! The battery replacement was done in all of about 3 minutes and then we just had to wait for the phone to test the battery and say it had 100% capacity...I would strongly recommend Fix Wireless for repairs on your devices...

Unfortunately they were not able to fix my phone (motherboard damage,) but were super friendly, and diagnosed the problem in 30 min. Seemed very knowledgable. Would come back if I had another problem.

Excellent, friendly, and fast service! Fixed Wireless repaired my phone in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend using their services! (Of note, the screen quality isn’t as sharp as an Apple store replacement. I ended up cracking my screen again and replaced it with an Apple store replacement cause I missed Retina display. But if you’re looking for a faster cheap alternative, this is for you!)

I can’t believe they were able to salvage my phone. There was a crack on the front and back, water damage, and the camera was broken on the inside. I am extremely impressed with their service.

These guys are impressive. I went to the Whalley Avenue location and Eddie was the one who helped me. He was kind, courteous, patient and quickly diagnose what was wrong with my phone.I have the iPhone 6 and the motherboard was damaged which resulted in my phone not turning on at all in addition to the battery being bad also.He stated it will take three days to fix and true to his word, he called in at the stated time to let me know when the phone was ready. Thank you sooo much Eddie, I will be back for sure :).

This place is great. Honest, reasonable, standup guys. I had a major disaster, and they solved it. I bought a new iPhone 7 Plus from AT&T and went to restore my back up from my old phone only to discover that it was corrupted. And my old phone screen was broken. I brought both the new and old phone in and somehow they solved it and I didnt lose a single picture, text, or contact. Once I was done I was able to trade in my old phone to them for the same amount that gazelle was offering.I also went there previously and they fixed my broken screen in 15 minutes flat. My insurance wanted $150 charge and they only charged 80. All good.

I went to the store in Dixwell ave, and they had amazing service, so decided to visit their other store here in new haven, and I’m pleased to say their service here is amazing as well. Polite personnel, fast service and amazing results. 10/10 recommended to family and friends.
