Nice guy—very friendly salesman type. Terrible with communication and follow through. Lost my business because he twice failed to send me an email responding to my questions. I called him, spoke on the phone and still he didn’t respond to the email. We were ready to purchase from him, but his lack of follow through did not instill trust in us. Check the yelp reviews—there is a consistent pattern of disorganization and not following through.

KNB welcomed us into the showroom on the same day that we called. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. However, he offered to measure our kitchen on two occasions and was a no-show/no-call.

I recently renovated my kitchen. Nir was very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. He and his team helped me build the perfect kitchen for my needs.

Great “sales guy” in all the sense. Sells you the world by talk and promises to take care of you and then doesn’t deliver. Measurements off and then left with a small cabinet over fridge with huge gap looks awful. Doesn’t offer fix. Very ehhhhh because you expect and then you don’t get what you want. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Really wanted this to be a homer in. ☹️
