Design Consultant Carlos Rodriguez helped me navigate every phase of my bathroom redesign. He has a great eye for design, helping me transform a very blah space to something that (I think!) is magazine-worthy. Carlos is professional, knowledgable and responsive. Just had a wonderful experience at TORRCO Design Center in New Haven in turning my dream bathroom into a reality. Emily Becker Fasano, senior design consultant, led me through the spacious showrooms vast array of upscale offerings -- from bathtubs to toilets to vanities/cabinetry -- and was an inspiration to work with. Emily helped me in making both design and product decisions, right down to the finest of details, including the lighting, stylish grab bars, and yes, even a wall-mounted hairdryer holder! She knows her product-line well, and possesses a rare, intuitive sense of her customers needs and all renovation project challenges involved (in my case, it was space -- too little!). Last on my checklist were tiles for walls and flooring ... and wouldnt you know, TILE AMERICA occupies an adjacent spacious space to TORRCOS and is literally a step away. Janice Gaudreau, design consultant, guided me through a myriad of tile options. Hence, my looming bathroom renovation project became simply a breeze -- not only to me but also to my contractor -- including delivery!

I wanted to thank everyone in the New Haven design center. Everyone was super nice and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I am in the process of remodeling my half-bathroom at home. They gave me some suggestions on what would work/fit and they were spot on!
