Carol was a fantastic help! She and the guys got me set up with a new window right when covid hit and someone smashed my window. The job required a lot of work given the damage and the particular window smashed (triangular aspect of a convertible) but they did it for just shy of $500 including the parts. The glass company also shipped the wrong window but Whalley let me keep that just in case I ever needed it. They’re honest and kind! Really recommend them.

My entire experience was pleasant. I was devastated after many other local companies quoted me around $400 to get my rear passenger window fixed. This company quoted me LESS than half that and came to me! Whole process was very quick and all the staff I interacted with were a pleasure to speak to and work with. Highly recommend.

I had my driver side window repaired by Whalley glass...they came earlier than expected. Tony was the gentleman that fixed my window, he did a great job and left the window better than it was originally. He glued something that had been broken since I bought the truck. I thought the price was reasonable and Im a happy girl!

Called at 6:45am, as a thief smashed the glass on my business, the lady who picked the phone went out of her way and got somebody from wallingford to orange to measure my glass door at 7:25am, guess what? it was installed by 8:30am!!!!!! Doesnt get any better than that! Excellent crew, customer service and very good price!

I just had a little mirror that shattered that I wanted to repair, when I dropped it off the nice woman behind the counter immediately gave me the price to repair. It was repaired in about 5 days and looks beautiful!

While Whalley Glass is better priced than competitors, their customer service is awful. On their website, they say that they can come to the customer and repair the car window. I asked the receptionist if I could receive that option, and she told me, Not really, and Sometimes, they offer that option. If its not an option, their website should communicate the message in good old fashioned English. After jumping through hoops, I got the window replaced. I am going to Payless Auto Glass on Dixwell Avenue from here on out.
