Their work quality is great, but the ladies at the front desk tend to be somewhat short and rude. I won’t be going to them anymore! Hope others have better experiences with them.

We have bought multiple machines from Schnelkers and have always had GREAT customer service! They are our go-to when it comes to any service needs from repairs to oil changes. Would highly recommend them for any of your atv, boating, snowmobile or service needs!

Worst place in the world. They’re your best friend when purchasing, once off the lot they act like they’ve never seen you before. Women don’t get much lazier and unhelpful than the ones they have working behind the counter. Find a different dealer. All the great reviews on them are literally just their friends or fisherman they sponsor.

Husband and I stopped by to see about a kayak. The gentleman he spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice business with lots to offer. We recommend this business to everyone.

Terry, Barb and Vern were great to deal with. I found a boat “cheaper” at another marina but because of their level of service and assistance my wife and I decided to buy from them. They are patient and willing to spend the time they need to. It is my first new boat and they made the experience easy and exciting. We love our Tracker Pro 170!!

Salesman, not helpful, made us feel we were a bother, really didnt want to help us, we finally left.

Tried to give them a shot at my business on some repair work on my rzr and possibly to trade it on a new machine. The repairs did not need diagnosed as I knew exactly what the problem was. It took them about a week just to give me a price on the repair. As I then requested some trade figures on getting a new machine. After having to follow up 3 times over roughly a 3 week period I finally got the trade numbers... which should have taken a few minutes. They gave me an absolute low ball number on trade ($4,100) less than another polaris dealer offered me. After I refused the offer they immediately made up an invoice for $100 for the quote... literally. I would understand if they had a diagnostic bill or otherwise but there was no diagnostic done whatsoever. After biting the bullet and paying the invoice with the completely rude and unprofessional front desk girl I realized that they never even gave me the quote that I paid $100 for. I will not be giving them my business and I will tell my friends that own machines to steer clear as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We bought our boat through Schnelkers initially last year and called to get a quote to put a couple electric anchor winches and a fish finder installed. When i called, the woman who answered seemed less than enthused by my call and said someone in service would give me a call back with a quote. Never got a call. Proceeded to message their fb page in a second attempt for a quote. Someone read it and still have not received a response. Youd think with everything going on in the world they would appreciate the business, but thats ok i will take my money elsewhere to a company who seems to care a little more for the business. UPDATE 6/17/21...my husband has been fighting with them for 6 months now for a new center steering wheel emblem that has popped out twice now. Went in to get it and was just starred at by the staff, not greeted at all. Then the rude front desk girl got snippy with him when she tried to charge him for something that should be under warranty. We will NEVER be back for any kind of service after the way we have been treated!!!

I, along with several friends, purchased new snowmobiles from Terry and Patrick beginning of 2017. They were very easy to work with and honestly gave us the best deal out there. When I crashed my sled this year Terry went the extra mile to help me with the insurance paperwork and to see if a trade might work out in my best interests without any pressure either way. Great team of people here you can’t go wrong. When you walk into a store and people show they care by a kind greeting and warm smile - you know youre in the right place. I will continue to make Schnelkers my snowmobile dealer and you should too.

The best place on the planet for marine part, service, & sales. Staff is knowledge and courteous. Its a gem in northeast indiana. I live 2 hours away and always worth the trip.

Took me calling them 4 times over two days to get somebody to give me a 60 second verbal quote on how much to change out a track on my 2900 mile edge chassis snowmobile. Said upwards of $500. Lol what a circus act. Ill never buy anything from this joke of a business.

Bought a sportsman 1000 in 2016. Had a power actuator installed for the snowplow later. They left the light bulb out causing the front hood to burn. Had to argue about fixing it. Got a recall notice. Called them, was told when parts come in they would call. A month later no call. Called back. Bring it Thursday we can get to it friday. Its now Tuesday the following week. Called back to check status was told might get it tomorrow. Service and attitude suck once sell is made. Will never deal with them again!

Very rude and informativeWas looking for a fuel fittng and told by Lady aka lazy that these are the 2 fittngs we sell, when I showed her a picture of my fitting she said Rudely I dont know what that is or what fitting .At 12.99 ea I left and went to the Walmart and purchased 2.99 $ first experience and last .I love supporting small businesses, but with the attitude that I received, I dont think they care about the customers or gaining new business.

In multiple trips here, everyone I have encountered has been unfriendly, gruff, and typically condesending, especially the old dude in the service department. The part prices are unreasonably high. The only redeeming value is the location. But, I now go out of my way to Syracuse (Griffiths) for far better service.

I have a older boat called and told them what was going on with it and that I would like to get it looked at to see what it will coast to fix it and made a appointment, not once was I told that they do not diagnose the problem and let you know how much the repair is going to coast which i understand, but the gentleman at the service counter treated me like I was an idiot, I will sell my boat before I will ever deal with the gentleman at their service desk.
