What a joke they make you pay 15 cents for a bag!!! When we spent over 40 dollars

They are awsome in there. they help you find what you are looking for when you want to dye your hair but not know what to get. Also, the prices are very reasonable for the product

I went in yesterday to buy in color brilliance permanent and the girl that was working there (penny) was not only extremely short with me and not very friendly whatsoever sold me the wrong product I asked her what kind of developer I needed for the ion color brilliance she told me 20 when I got home and went to do my hair I looked up on the directions of what developer and it was 10 not 20 I do not mind if somebody doesnt know the answer to the question I am asking but please just say that I do not know and that way we can open it up and look at the directions instead of just giving me a number so that way I leave her alone and purchase it and go she acted like I was causing her an issue just going in there and asking questions about the products and the last month I have been in there and I have spent well over $300 so I go in there all the time I really didnt think that I needed to be treated that way and buy something that I did not even need
